SPOKEN TUTORIAL NODAL RESOURSE CENTRE: LICET

The Spoken Tutorial project is the initiative of the “Talk to a Teacher “project of the

National Mission on Education through Information and Communication

Technology, launched by MHRD, Govt of India. The Spoken Tutorial Project is about

teaching and learning a particular FOSS (Free and Open Source Software) via an

easy Video tool – ‘Spoken Tutorials’. It is an initiative from IIT Bombay. LICET is

recognized as “Nodal Resource centre” for conducting spoken tutorial sessions.

Here you will find a variety of Spoken Tutorials on various Free and Open Source

Software (FOSS) in various Indian regional languages.

Department of Information Technology has taken initiative and conducting software

training from April 2014 till date. Ms B.Prabha AP/IT and Ms. Sherril Sophie

Maria Vincent, AP/IT are the faculty coordinators for spoken tutorial. The following
