•Keep your basic clothing's with some woollen as well, as it is cold during evening till morning even

in summers. And it is Chilling cold during November till February

•Keep your origional Voter ID or passport (any 1 of them is mandatory ) and Driving Licence for the

Bike riders.

• In case of passport; Validity of passport must be more than 6 months

•CASH: You can withdraw cash from Guwahati itself, beyond which you will get limited ATMs.

• Please respect & enjoy the culture of Spiti & Kinnaur valley

• As we will be riding across the wildlife areas, please do not litter and carry your waste with you

and dispose once you reach at Hotel in the evening

• To avoid riding in dark, please stick to the timings communicated by the road captains

TIPS FOR TRAVELLERS

• Complete payments need to be cleared 7 days before the trip start date. In case of non payment,

Tantra Adventurez holds the rights to cancel the trip for the concerned person.

• Booking amount of Rs 5000/- per person is non refundable

• Any physical damage to bike will be chargeable from the Rider

• Every participant need to sign an undertaking form before the start of the trip

•Cost Escalation due to change in itinerary delay or cancellations, strikes, sickness, bad weather,

natural calamity like landslides/cloud burst/avalanche, road block, war, riots, vehicle problems,

political closures, sudden shut down of government office eg immigration office/DC office/RSTA or

any other reason which is not under control of Tantra Adventurez, need to be borne by the

travelers.

•In case rider drop his bike in between the ride, then charge of Rs 10,000/- will be applicable

to transfer the bike to the starting point.
