What is Spiritual Fitness?
Simply put, Spiritual Fitness is HAPPINESS. By happiness, we mean TRUE
happiness because there are all kinds of artificial happiness out there that do
not last.
Unhappiness is the root of self-sabotaging behaviors—from inability to
sustain success to terrorism. Today, our happiness is under attack from all
fronts. More than ever, we need to not only acquire an effective way to attain
and maintain happiness, but also make happiness a movement to end all sorts
of problems in this world that usually take root in unhappiness.
Distilled from the major world religions and philosophies he has studied in
the East and the West, Rev. Dr. Samuel Stone has formulated a simple and
time-tested set of practices to help you attain and maintain happiness.
Like Bruce Lee’s “Jeet Kune Do” — the hybrid style of Eastern and Western
martial arts formulated to knock down the opponents at the fastest speed
possible, Sam Stone’s Spiritual Fitness system is designed to help you achieve
maximum effects with minimum effort.
After finding most spiritual practices to be boring, cumbersome, and filled
with mumbo jumbo, Sam Stone stumbled upon this simple strategy that he
uses to overcome his own unhappiness. He shared this strategy with a few
friends, and they find it very helpful. The word got out and more people asked
him to teach this system, and thus the Spiritual Fitness Club is born.
