Electronics

An ASIC, to be placed around the sensor chip, must be designed and realized with these functionalities:• front end electronics for the signal read out• analogical signal processing (filtering, amplification, ...)

A second external circuit will make the analog to digital conversion and provide suitable signal to an external PC for data acquisition and analysis.
