On yer Bike!

Cycling has never been a more popular pursuit. And with Spice, we have cycling events for everyone, not just the “MAMILS”*. On Sunday 29th we have a free (optional charity donation) easy ride in Sutton Park see HERE. If that’s too tame for you, in September

we’re cycling from Birmingham to London in 3 days along the Grand Union Canal see HERE. Or for an even bigger challenge, the Coast to Coast ride is

back in the programme in October see HERE. We also have other regular on & off road day rides.

*For those not in the know, MAMIL stands for a particular modern species: Middle Aged Men in Lycra!

Return of the Zorbs .. like never before!

Those of you who saw in the new millennium as Spice members will remember the excitement of Spice

bringing Zorbing over to the UK from New Zealand. We had our own Zorb that travelled between Spice

groups and hundreds of happy members were rolled around the British countryside!

Well, we have just added two different types of Zorb experience to the Summer programme.

Firstly, Zorb Football, where the teams wear mini Zorbs to hilarious effect! See HERE

Then we have a Zorbing afternoon, where we try full size Zorbs on land and on water! See HERE

Whichever experience you choose, let us assure you that getting inside these inflatable spheres ensures

just about the best fun you can have with your clothes on! Expect your first experience to be an epiphany of

fun and laughter! Zorbs – it’s great to have you back!

Some Like it Hot One of the more unusual events coming up in the

next week is our Hot Yoga Introduction in Aldridge. We’ll be guided through some classic easy yoga

moves, but in a studio that is heated to around 30 degrees so that we can achieve better flexibility and
