Sphere, 10”, mounting rings/plates (G-104/105-10)

A PVC ring is adhesively bonded to the interior of a 10” glass or plastic sphere, providing a secure and convenient mount for a matching aluminum plate to attach your electronics. The adhesive bond creates a compliant joint. There’s plenty of plate thickness for rivet nuts, through bolts, and grommets. The PVC ring maybe bonded to the exterior of the sphere for attachment to a frame, or to mount sensors or other items. Connector through-hull ports can be positioned below the plate for short wire runs.

Specifications • Plate, 6061-T6 Al, 6.63” OD x 0.063” thick, gold chemfilmed • Ring, PVC, 6.63” OD x 3/8” thick, tapped 10-24 thru, 4 places • 3M 4200 Fast Set marine adhesive recommended for installation of ring.
