Instructions for trouble shooting

If your AquaBeat is not playing music, you have to check 1. LED is not on

Disconnect your AquaBeat from PC Reboot your PC then connect Aquabeat. Do not use audio extension cable.

2. Battery charging Use USB cable to charge battery.

Do not use audio extension cable.3. Earphone connection Earphone has to be connected.4. File formats in your AquaBeat. The AquaBeat supports MP3 and WMA file formats. If you download music files from iTunes, you need to convert file format because iTunes provides M4A or AAC files.

If you import music files from CD, imported music files have to be MP3 or WMA file too.

To make sure, delete all existed music files in your AquaBeat before downloading converted music files.

If you have difficulty with Playlist Editor Software (Device Error),1. Disconnect the Speedo AquaBeat from your PC2. Uninstall (or remove) the Playlist Editor already installed in your PC3. Reinstall the Playlist Editor4. Connect the Speedo AquaBeat with your PC5. Open the Playlist Editor.

If you have a problem with memory (Sector Error or low enable memory with not many downloaded files), you need to format memory. Notice: Save files in your AquaBeat to your PC before memory format 1. This problem is caused by some Spywares. 2. Memory Format Method

Connect your AquaBeat with PC. Check LED is on (Red or Green) Open “My Computer” Select “SPEEDO MP3” and click right mouse button then select “Format” Select format type “FAT” or “FAT32” Check “Quick Format” box then click “Start”

SPEEDO AQUABEAT PLAYLIST EDITOR USER MANUAL

1. Program Overview - The Playlist Editor is compatible with MS Windows 2000, XP and Vista versions - The Playlist Editor enables the user to transfer songs from the PC, edit and create a playlist, set the play order and delete files on the AQUABEAT

2. How to use Playlist Editor 1) Main Screen Window 1 : Shows file(s) in the AQUABEAT Window 2 : Shows folders in the PC Window 3 : Shows file(s) in selected folder in Window 2 Button 1 : Set New Order button Button 2 : Delete button Button 3 : Undo button

2) Transfer music file(s) from PC to the AQUABEAT Select music file(s) in Window 3 then drag and drop selected file(s) in Window 1

3) Transfer music file(s) from the AQUABEAT to PC Select music file(s) in Window 1 then drag and drop selected file(s) in Window 3

4) Change Play Order - File on the top of Window 1 plays first - Select music file you want to move up or down then drag and drop the place where you want to move - After changing the play order, click the "Set new order" button to set the new play order

- If you want to keep the previous play order after making a change, click the "Undo" button - The "Undo" button is disabled after clicking "Set new order" button

5) Delete music file(s) - Select music file(s) in Window 1 then click "Delete" button

<Converting Music Files to MP3 File Format in iTunes>

Speedo AquaBeat supports MP3 and WMA file formats.

To play audio files in CD or M4A, AAC files with the AquaBeat, you need to convert file format.

Step1Open the iTunes "Preferences" tab by clicking on "Edit" tab.

On the "Preferences" screen, click "Import Setting"

Step 2Select "MP3 Encoder" then click "OK" button

Step 3Select music file(s) in your Music Library you want to convert to MP3 file format.Click right mouse button then select "Create MP3 Version"Converted file(s) will be displayed in your Music Library

<Copy the music files from iTunes to the SPEEDO AquaBeat>

1. Open iTunes and select your Music Library2. Open Window Explorer and select SPEEDO MP3 folder3. For convenience, position both iTunes and Window Explorer on the screen4. Select the music files you want to copy to your SPEEDO AquaBeat5. Drag selceted music files to the SPEEDO MP3 folder Note: SPEEDO AquaBeat supports MP3 and WMA file formats. If selected file is not a MP3 file format, convert selected file to MP3 format first.
