performance of the tool while higherair pressure (over 90 PSI) raises theperformance of the tool beyond itsrated capacity and could cause seriousdamage to tool and user.

We recommend the installation of aninline filter-regulator-lubricator asclose to the tool as possible.

    Pre-Operation

    Maintenance

Before the tool is connected to the airsupply, clean the air hose ofaccumulated dust and moisture. Beforeremoving a tool for service or changingaccessories, make sure the air line isshutoff and drained of air. This willprevent the tool from operating if thethrottle is accidentally engaged.

OperationSupply tool with 90 PSI ofclean, dry air. Higher pressuredrastically reduces tool life. Connecttool to air line using pipe, hose andfitting sizes shown in Figure 2.Do not install a quick couplerdirectly into the grinder throttlehandle.Operating Hazards.Never mount a grinding wheel, cutoff wheel or router cutter on a diegrinder or tire buffer. A grindingwheel or other accessory thatbursts can cause very serious injuryor death.Grinding accessorys rated speedmust be equal to or greater thanthe speed of the die grinder.Use only mounted wheels or tirebuffing accessories with adequatespeed rating and the correct shaft

LubricationUse an air line lubricator with MobllAlmo 525 air tool oil (model 4ZF22),adjusted to two (2) drops per minute. Ifan air line lubricator can not be used, add air motor oil to the inlet once aday.

Air Supply and ConnectionHazards.Air under pressure can cause severeinjury.Always shut off air supply, drainhose of air pressure and disconnecttool from air supply when not inuse, before changing accessories orwhen making repairs.Never direct air at yourself oranyone else.Whipping hoses can cause seriousinjury. Always check for damagedor loose hoses and fittings.Do not use quick disconnectcouplings at tool. See Figure 2for correct set-up.Whenever universal twist couplingsare used, lock pins must beinstalled.
