SpectraBoardSpectraBoard is a hardwood-faced panel with a decorative overlay back, providing a beautiful wood exterior and durable, cost-effective interior in a single panel. SpectraBoard is also available with glueable and paintable paper for panel backs with greater versatility while maintaining panel balance.

SpectraBoard is ideal for use in case work where a wood exterior is desired with a spotless, bright, cleanable surface on the interior, such as entertainment centers, bookcases and shelving. It also enables cabinet manufacturers to use a single panel when the back or interior of the panel does not require a real wood finish.

Custom CutsThe Spectrum Division specializes in value-engineering a full range of custom components to meet your needs. From simple machining and edge treating to ready-to-assemble parts, Spectrum’s Custom Cuts program provides options and solutions to increase your efficiency.

Our numerous machining centers and state of-the-art equipment provide cost-effective access to a full range of manufacturing and remanufacturing capabilities. We’ll even meet with your manufacturing personnel to determine how to improve your production efficiencies, identify the most efficient ways to achieve your long-term goals,

and provide a quote that includes exact part counts for the maximum utilization of every panel, as well as lead times and delivery costs.

Edge Banding Timber Products Company stocks and sources an extensive variety of edge banding to match most laminate or wood species. We also offer UV finishing on bull nosed edges to match the high standard of RhinoCoat™ prefinish.

Custom Shelving Spectrum offers the ability to create most custom shelving program to meet your needs for high-quality, cost-effective components, manufactured to your exact specifications and dimensions. We will also source matching edge banding for most laminate or wood species. Our custom shelving program can be your stocking program!

Treadmill & Conveyor DecksTimber Products treadmill decks are used as the stationary platform/surface under the belts for treadmill decks, grocery checkout stations and other conveyor belt uses.

Our decks are produced using a high wear resistant PSF resin system, fused to a high-density substrate,

such as MDF. For low weight bearing applications, decks can be engineered with industrial particleboard.

Spectrum offers roll laminates that provide a durable, cost-effective panel. All decorative laminate panels are available with No Added Formaldehyde (NAF) and No Added Urea Formaldehyde (NAUF). FSC® Chain of Custody certification is also available.

Style comes standard with our Designer Series textured thermally fused laminate (TFL) panels. Add style, depth and texture to any project through hundreds of color and pattern options, plus the durability of thermal-fused laminate. Designer Series panels are ideal for projects demanding equal parts beauty, style and substance.

Because we know you need flexibility in your projects, RhinoCoat prefinished panels are available in a wide range

of sizes, thicknesses, veneer species and core materials. Our finish has been engineered to meet your requirements and has been tested against multiple industry standards.

RhinoCoat prefinished panels can be customized to meet your needs for every application and are offered in a variety of gloss levels.

UV Curing Technology Ultraviolet curing technology is one of the most environmentally conscious ways to finish a product. UV curing contains no formaldehyde and no harmful volatile organic compounds. In addition to the environmental benefits, RhinoCoat UV finished panels provide you with a durable surface for low-wear applications and won’t show any effect from common household chemicals, foods or solvents.

Cost Advantage To help you control expenses, the overall finish cost for UV-cured panels is well below traditionally applied coatings. Our flatline process helps reduce waste by allowing excess finish to be recycled and reapplied. You’ll also see additional cost advantages with RhinoCoat panels through improved production and labor efficiencies.
