The estate currently produces white, red and rosé wines. The
vineyards were plantedbetween 1987 - 1994 and the varieties of
grape include Chardonnay (9,97ha), Macabeo(3,46ha), Tempranillo
(3,16ha), Cabernet Sauvignon (11.02ha) and Garnatxa (4,59ha).The
density of vine is 3000/ha and the average total yield in recent
years is 42hl/ha(192,000kg). The wine is produced by a local
winery, owned by the same proprietorsas the estate.
All the estate's land is located within the boundaries of the
Empordà Denominationand all the wines produced are also protected
by this appellation. The olive trees are50 years old, on average.
There are a total of 1660 olive trees spread over an area
of11,26ha. All are of the local Argudell variety and the average
yield in recent years is3.200kg/ha. The oil is produced in an
external press.
The main house on the plot is a 3-storey fortified masía. The
ground floor - previouslythe cellar, olive press and stables -
currently houses a Wine Museum. The upperfloors contain the family
and staff's living quarters.
The property currently boasts 10 bedrooms but there is scope to
modify the existingdistribution and increase the number of rooms to
convert the property into aboutique hotel or large private wine
estate. The building has been very wellmaintained but investment in
general updating and renovation is required.
The property boasts 500 m² of annex buildings adjacent to the
main property whichcould be converted into additional accommodation
