DESCRIPTIONHYPERCRETE is polycarboxylicether based advanced
superplasticizerwhich is specially developed for SelfCompacting
Concrete applications.The product couldbe used forvirruallyany type
of ready-mix concretingwhere the slump retention is important.
HYPERCRETE is compatible withall types of cements and other
mineraladmixtures. HYPERCRETE is freeof chlorides and meets
therequirements ofASTM C49 4 Type A &F andBS 5075.
Sulfonic groups of Naphthalene orMelamine based admixtures
whichadsorbed on to the cement particlesinduce a negative charge
and repulseeach other and increase theworkability. With a
similarmechanism, but unlike sulfonicgroups, the lateral chains of
the mainpolymer of polycarboxylic etherinduce a steric hindrance
with strongrepulsive force which in tern increasethe workability of
the cement paste.

DIRECTIONS FORUSEHYPERCRETE should be dispensedinto the fresh
concrete or with the finalquantity of mixing water. It should
notcome into contact with dry cement orother admixture until they
are mixed inthe concretebatch.
DOSAGEThe optimum dosage should bedetermined by site trials with
particularraw materials. As a guideHYPERCRETE is normally used at
adosage 600m1to 2000ml per 100kg ofcement. However for
specificrequirements dosages outside theabove couldbe used.
PACKAGINGHYPERCRETE is supplied in 205 Ldrums or in bulks
tankers of 2400L.
STORAGEHYPERCR-ETE has,a shelf life of 6months in its unopened
drums. Onceopened the balance be consumedwithin3 weeks.
