Acid Washing
• Acid washing is a process used on concrete in preparation for Sealing. The acid helps to remove Some stains that are left on the concrete and also helps towards the colour consistency of the concrete. Acid Washing the concrete cleans and opens the surface so a sealer can be applied.
• We take the utmost care when performing Acid Washing at your property.
Concrete Staining/Colouring
• Concrete Staining/colouring is an increasing popular trend, it is a quick and cost effective way to improve the look of your concrete or other porous substrate. A solid colour will also change the colour of your coloured concrete if you want to update it or if it has dried uneven. We use Newlook Coloured Stains, they are a worldwide industry leader in Eco friendly Concrete colour Stain technology and Colour Rejuvenation in Concrete, cobbles, pavers, Stamped Concrete, interior, exterior, Blocks. Acid Etching
• Acid Etching is a process used to profile the concrete in preparation for Sealing or just to create a non slip surface. The acid helps to remove some of the stains that are left on the concrete and also helps towards the colour consistency of the concrete. It Burns off the top 1mm as to have the fine sands and aggregate exposed. It cleans and opens the surface so a sealer can be applied. We take the utmost care when performing an Acid Etch at your property.

Decorative Grinding
• Decorative Grinding has become increasingly popular over the last decade and is showing no signs of slowing. The concrete is ground until the desired look is achieved and finished to 120 grit, it then can be cleaned and sealed or We can Polish the floor up to 3000 grit to protect it and give it either a glossy, semi gloss or low sheen finish. Concrete must be layed a specific way when it is to be ground, it is crucial that you inform your concrete layer that your floor is to be ground so that they are able to aid in the process of achieving a superior decorative ground concrete floor.
Exterior Sealing
• There are many types of Sealers on the market today. We use xylene Based sealers and water based sealers to give you a choice of finishes. Xylene Based Sealers provide a brighter more enhanced colour to your coloured concrete, The Water based sealers will give you a slightly softer look and or a natural look. All Concrete Sealers give improved resistance to weather, water, stains, and abrasives. Sealers also offer resistance to rain, sun, freezing temperatures and petroleum as well as making cleaning easier.
• Top Class Concrete provides all exterior sealing with at least 2 coats of sealer and all non slip for your safety.
Interior Sealing
• Concrete is a great solution for all types of flooring including interior floors; it’s easy to maintain and looks modern. To ensure maintenance is easy it’s important to seal your concrete surfaces. Without seal the concrete will hold a lot of dust on its surface and will be difficult to maintain. Sealing the concrete surface is best done when the job is first undertaken. We use all kinds of sealer to fit your needs. Including Peter Full Epoxy, Perma Colour 2 Pot seals and Resene Concrete sealers.
Remedial Grinding
• Concrete is a strong building material that typically requires little or no maintenance. In saying this, there are times when repairs are needed. Remedial work can include but is not limited to, floor leveling, creating falls, rain damage repair, panel repair and crack repair.
