Hazlemere Commercial is part of the Hazlemere Group – a family-owned, family-run business with

decades of experience in UK specialist fenestration manufacturing and installing.

When we first started out in the 80s the fenestration landscape was very different – but while glazing technology, the economy and so much else has changed in the three decades since, one thing hasn’t.

Today, we’re as committed to product quality, exceptional installation work and outstanding customer service as we were the day we started.

We don’t just install windows and doors – we offer expert advice on every aspect of renovation and new build, from wind loading and thermal efficiency to ventilation and solar gain. We help with funding bids and concept designs, and as main contractors, we can manage entire projects from start to finish.

Refurb

Hazlemere Commercial have extensive experience in all manner of window

refurbishment work. While schools, colleges, universities and other education buildings are specialities, we’ve also completed many projects involving local authorities plus private housing and commercial developers. We also have an excellent track record of guiding schools, colleges and consultancies through the government’s Condition Improvement Fund applications.

Naturally our workforce are DBS checked but in addition we demand the highest levels of behaviour and conduct whilst our teams are on any site. Toolbox talks ensure all of our site workers are fully aware of the behavioural expectations of those working within occupied premises and reiterates the needs of the organisations, residents, students and employees that we work with. We maintain a strict code of practice to protect the health, safety and welfare of all. Through our vast experience of working within residential settings we work in a tidy and orderly fashion, with respect paid to the protection from dust and dirt of the areas we are working in, with a thorough clean down service before handover.

At Hazlemere Commercial we also have a huge amount of New Build experience including

working alongside some of the biggest names in UK construction. We’ve collaborated with Morgan Sindell, Kier Group, Brymor Construction, W.Stirland and Mars Construction to name but a few, delivering projects on a diverse range of residential and commercial buildings. Plus our in-house technical team have all of the necessary expertise to undertake design & build contracts, with the ability to produce complex design drawings for any scheme, progressing Architects Construction Issue Drawings and specifications.

The LHC is a well-established non-profit organisation with the mission to help public

bodies deliver better environments for the communities they serve, offering an independent and impartial advisory service.

The LHC (London Housing Consortium) framework agreement is a free-to-use tool that assists publicly funded organisations with the procurement of products and services. For those tasked with the responsibility of the construction, refurbishment and maintenance of public buildings, schools, colleges and social housing the LHC framework provides the knowledge that the suitability and quality of member companies is assured via a strict pre-approval process, whilst maintaining competitive pricing.

Hazlemere Commercial is a long-term approved supplier to the LHC frameworks, meeting the high standards expected to manufacture and install aluminium windows and doors since joining in 2007.

The SCF (Southern Construction Framework) has been set-up to give users the best possible construction

experience, whether on an individual project or an entire programme of new buildings, extensions, improvements or renovations and repairs. Local government, public sector organisations and charities in London and the South East and South West of England benefit from the expedited access to market, whilst retaining competitive pricing, from the highly regarded SCF contractors. REHAU

UPVC ENTRANCE DOORSWe’re able to supply and fit a number of quality UPVC door systems from REHAU.

These include a wide variety of entrance doors including glazed, composite, UPVC panel or stable door configurations.

We can also supply and install REHAU french doors, offering wide-span openings in a wide variety of colours and finishes, and sliding patio doors, with up to six different panes.

All REHAU doors offer excellent security and energy efficiency performance at a competitive price, and are rated BS7412 for weather performance and air leakage.

UPVC VERTICALLY SLIDING SASH WINDOWSThe REHAU Heritage vertical slider balances the style and sight-lines of a traditional timber box sash window, with all the performance benefits of UPVC. The 10mm incrementally stepped sash profiles allow for equal glazing sight-lines to run from top to bottom sash, creating an aesthetically pleasing finished product.

TOTAL 70 CASEMENT AND TILT & TURN WINDOWS

The REHAU Total 70 window system comes in two different designs – the Total 70C is chamfered system with a part sculptured T-sash option, while the Total 70S is a suite of stylish sculptured profiles.

Designed with matching single leg beads for easy, secure installation the system is equally suitable for new build and refurbishment projects.

The Total 70R is a fully reversible casement window option, plus there is a fully compatible opening inwards tilt and turn Total 70 window option. All Total 70 products accommodate glazing from 4mm to 44mm in either double or triple glazing.


REHAU’s Polytec 50 is a highly advanced composite curtain walling system which offers a cost effective alternative to aluminium.

The triple-strength system combines an attractive aluminium exterior with a steel core for outstanding strength and structural capabilities and internal UPVC sections for excellent thermal performance.

DF75 & DF75 SiThe Dualframe 75 Si window system is suitable for installation in new build or refurbishment projects, particularly residential, educational and light commercial applications. Vents are designed to accept the full Eurogroove to ensure compatibility with a wide range of industry standard hardware.
