We are a successful Joinery Manufacturer, specialising in high quality individual bespoke Joinery Contracts. The ‘NBJ’

brand has become well known within the industry. Neil is very proud of still being involved at base level, and has a personal

involvement in all projects. 28 years on from starting in the Joinery business, his enthusiasm is as great as ever to achieve client

satisfaction at all times.

Our Premises at Airfield Park, just outside Husbands Bosworth offers 10,000 square feet of capacity, producing Bespoke

Fine Timber Mouldings and Traditional Joinery. We also have a dedicated spray shop for pre-finishing of manufactured items.

We have a workforce of Tradesmen, Management and Administration Staff, including directly employed joiners and dedicated

installation teams, supported by our fleet of easy identifiable commercial vehicles.

We have completed individual Specialist Joinery Contracts to the value of 1.2 million and have been pleased to be associated with

many very exclusive clients.

Many of our Key Personnel have a number of years service with us, which helps to ensure continuity for repeat client business.

In October 2008, we were the proud winners of the Best Use of Panel Products at The Wood Awards for our work in conjunction with main contractors Haymills at the new Taylor Library for the students and staff of Corpus Christi College, Cambridge.

• NBJ (Midlands) Ltd believe that in order to achieve our clients expectations it is beneficial to have an in-house design team, comprising of 4 highly skilled and experienced Auto-CAD technicians, with many years of Joinery experience between them.

• Working under the direction of our project managers and in conjunction with the architects / designers, they have the ability to ensure that the design concept and ethos is brought to fruition.

FIRE DOORS

NBJ (Midlands) Ltd has extensive test evidence for certified fire rated doors both to FD30 and FD60. This test evidence has been gained in conjunction with both

research and development at Chiltern International Fire, which is a division of TRADA and all our testing is covered under reference Chiltern/A03073 Revision C-BS476 Part 22. Not only do we have test evidence for panelled and bespoke fire doors, we also

have an extensive range of evidence for timber glazed fire screens once again both to

60 minute and 30 minute ratings.

Our skilled staff are expert in re-creating traditional items so that existing furniture and fittings can be replaced like for like or, alternatively, bring a completely fresh look to any space, in any style, contemporary or traditional.

We can offer a range of materials, including everything from veneered MDF boards tosolid Hardwoods from sustainable sources. Completed products can then be factory finished to individual requirements at our workshop prior to installation.

BESPOKE STAIRCASES

NBJ has been commissioned to make many bespoke staircases in a full range of timbers from hardwoods and softwoods, along with fairly major restoration works

on a number of staircases in private residencies.

Restoration work includes extremely careful removal of the stairs which is all numbered and catalogued to allow us to transport it back to our works at Airfield Park, whereby we undertake a detailed survey of everything logged so that we

can save as many parts as possible before refurbishing the stairs and putting them

backtogether with new parts as necessary. This work has covered many various residencies and whilst we are unable to give addresses out of these we can provide references if required. We can manufacture many types of bespoke stairs including winders and curved.
