SICC trademark represents italian tradition in the field of sanitary thermo-technical equipment and in the field of oil & gas treatment for industryapplications.SICC Spa, established on 1973, is located in the industrial area of Rovigo, thismeans close to the main italian thoroughfares allowing easy trasports to thenational merchant ports.The factory covers an area of over 50.000 sqm, of which more than a half arecovered and contain the production plant.

PLANT AND EQUIPMENTThe Company, thanks to the innovation trend expressed during the thirty yearsactivity, can design, develop and manufacture functional equipment forpetrochemical field and for the treatment installation.In these years of activity, the Company has always paid particular attention tostrategic choices about the technical innovation. For these reason, SICC hasbeen able to provide itself of productive automatic and semi-automaticequipment that are always in the lead and give excellent results of precisionand reliability in mechanical workings.The current package of plant (in continuos updating) essentially concernsworkings of sheet cutting (plasma plant), roller levelling, automatic androbotized welding, and pressing of end plates.This equipment allows a production of items, with thickness until 70 mm anddiameters of 6 m, manufacturing a range of primary importance. Also theplant of products haldling and finishing are in the lead. Annual productionscapacity is almost of 50.000 items.

TRADE ORGANIZATION

The firm holds a leader role in the national market for Air and Water Division,in the fact its presence is widespread in all Italian regions, thanks to a goodorganization of agents and suppliers.In Europe can be found with success in traditional markets of:Germany, Austria, Spain (with a branch), Greece, Belgium, France.SICC, with a detailed plan of trade penetration, is consolidating even in theeast European market, States of North Africa, of South America and in Asia.

FINISHING

SICC is able to execute also, confiding in the valid collaboration andassistance of qualified suppliers, following surface treatment and finishing:Sand-Blasting, Hot Dip Galvanizing, Epoxidation, Enamel, Painting (acc. tocustomer specification).

The Company can plan the products to manufacture as it has efficienttechnical structure giving the necessary technical support for the developingof a project according to our Customer’s specific needs.The Technical Department uses first level information system givingimmediate and precise answers.

SICC, according to a plan of investments concerning the technologicalinnovation and products, is going to introduce new systems for theanticorrosive treatment of high content and, in addition, the introduction in themarket of products and patented system that are able to offer to the customersvery good technical solutions.

SICC offers a complete range of pressure vessels and tanks for containing airand compressed gas for low, medium and high pressure.

Sicc has the most important software for mechanical calculations according toASME VIII div. 1, AD-Merkblatter, EN-13445, BS5500, VSR, CODAP,GOST.

With experience, capability and constant tecnological updating, SICCguarantees to its Clients reliable and certified equipment, with highperformance and in compliance with the international safety andenvironmental criteria.

SICC designs, fabricates and tests a diversified range of pressure vessels,columns and reactors, taking care of the engineering, the fabrication and theinspection of the equipment in compliance with international regulations andstandards.The safety and reliability of SICC products are assured by skilled personnelwho work according to standards, throghout direct monitoring of eachfabrication phase, including after welding heat release and surface treatments.
