he Sr. San 8icente )errer Chapel 6as consi#ere# %y the catholic

resi#ents of 9arangay Luma2il as the center of their spiritual activities for almost

$" years. Since the chapel is age# for almost three #eca#es, the researchers

propose# the reconstruction of the chapel in 6hich 6e consi#er the mo#ern

architecture #esigns on external an# interior part of it li2e: he si#e 6alls of the

chapel 6ill %e half concrete 6ith a floral grills #esign on the upper half to allo6 a

vie6 of rice fiel#, green an# fine loo2ing mountains an# for cross ventilation. he

interior of the chapel 6ill %e all expose# 6oo#, exclu#ing the 6alls, interior roof

an# support %eams. here 6ill %e goo# lightning to highlight an# illuminate the

chapel, as 6ell as fans to help 6ith ventilation. he researchers also projecte#

some lo6;cost materials to %e use# in reconstructing the chapel as follo6s: the

ri% type for the roof, 6hich its main material is galvani(e# iron, an anti;rust type of

roof. )i%er Cement 9oar#s 6ill %e installe# on the interior 6alls on the either si#e

of the altar: it provi#es #esign versatility, long term service, energy efficient,

generally hear confessions in the #ining hall #uring 3L classes. At the out#oor

chapel, there5s a %eautiful setting that is not large enough to have Liturgy most

6ee2s, an# 6eather al6ays has to %e ta2en into consi#eration to use this area.

he lo#ge is also too small to hol# Divine Liturgy #uring their %ig camper 6ee2s,

an# hosting 3L classes there can often %e #istracting %ecause of the 2itchen

noise #uring lunch preparation. Lastly, their #ining hall is not large enough to seat

all of their campers an# staff, re1uiring set;up an# %rea2#o6n of a##itional #ining
