• If your program has students with ages ranging 5 – 18 years of age

you must submit a separate applications for students group13 years

and older, this is for Not AT Risk schools only• You will have to provide the SACC License number, total capacity

and you must upload a PDF copy of the SACC License in order to

submit your application.3

Applying for a New Program• Default is After School Program.• Click on tab for Programs for Saturday or Holiday Program if needed.

Data EntryBegin the data entry by selecting the Regular School Hours &

Program Hours from the drop-down menu.

Data Entry

Enter data for all fields:

1. Enter Name of Program, if you had the same program last year please use the exact name as before - System will not allow two programs with the same name.

2. Enter Days of Service – Select specific days of service.3. Enter Number Enrolled – A minimum of 75 will be required to request Hot Meal. 4. Select Meal Type Option- click on View Menu to see menu details.5. Enter Meal Service Time - After school meals will be served only after the regular

school day has ended.

6. Enter Requested Dates of Operation - Click on to choose the program’s Start and End dates.

Program Contact Information

1. In the Day Telephone box, enter the Program Director's daytime telephone number.

2. In the Email Address box, enter the Program Director's email address.

3. In the Evening Telephone box, enter the Program Director's evening telephone number.

4. In the Name of Company box, enter the company’s name.

5. In the Company Telephone box, enter company’s central office telephone number.

6. In the Comments box indicate any request details that you feel may be helpful when processing your application

In the Program Director box, enter the name of the person directly in charge of

the program.

Accounts Payable Information

After you have finished entering the request for

service, click Weekly Roster Form.

Application cannot be submitted until you complete the Weekly Roster Form. If you decided not to complete the form all information will not be saved and you will need to start the process again when

ready to complete the Weekly Roster Form.

A new window will open where you can select the students names already registered in ATS.

If applicable, type in the Accounts Payable

Person information for the program.

(The Accounts Payable Person information is not required for a program if

it is an at-risk program for the school.)

• Weekly Roster heading information is prepopulated from the information submitted on the application.

• You can search for students name by 1) Select All students enrolled in ATS2) Last Name & First Name, full name

or just the initial of the last or first name.

3) Classroom, enter number as it appears in ATS

4) Grade, enter as it appear in ATS5) Students ID, enter as it appears in

ATS6) Or you can add the names of

students that are not in ATS and attend another school

• When making your selection click on Search to start the student’s name look up

When names have been generated click on All to select all names

Click on Add Names/Save Roster to add and save all names

To add students’ names not in ATS write name and click on Add

• You may add more names by following any other categories and following the

steps here to add names and save the roster

When names have been search click on All to select all names

Click on Add Names/Save Roster to complete your roster. Click on Close to go back to application and submit it

Total names added will show and display in box to the right

Submitting the Application

Click on Submit Request to submit and save application

A message will pop up with confirmation ID this is your proof that the application has been submitted

A message similar to the following will appear: "Application has been submitted forapproval. Your ID number is ASM042120091. It may take up to two weeks before meals

can be provided." SchoolFood will review your application for approval.

The school principal, SchoolFood Manager, and the Program Directorwill receive an email message when SchoolFood approves or rejects the request.

Use the Electronic Roster to keep track of the attendance and participation daily. The complete tallied roster must be submitted to the kitchen manager by Monday. You may go back into the

application at any time to update and print a copy of the roster.
