Director (Proiect) reviewed the progress of Special Plan (BRGF) scheme and found that

none of the firms has executed work on the basis of approved BAR Chart/PERT Network

& are lagging behind the target.

1. Districts: Patna & Bhoipur NIT NO: 03 (M /s Supreme-VP|L JV')

(i) Managing Director of M/S Supreme-VPIL JV Participated in the meeting'

Schedule piogrus of agency was review .The detail is given below, on the basis of

aPProved BAR Chart/Part network:-

(a) 33 KV Line: To complete 107 Ckm by 31't September, 2015. But till date

stringing not started.(b) LL KV Line: To comPlete 1277 Ckm by 31't September, 2015. But till date 25

CKM stringing comPleted.(c) New LT Line: To complete 934 Ckm by 31't September, 2015' 25 CKM Pole

erections completed but till date stringing not started.

(d) R&M of 11 KV Line: To complete L6 Ckm by 31't September, 2015' But till date 6

CKM stringing comPleted.(f) lnstalled of DT: To complete erection 210 nos. DT 63KVA, 239 nos' DT 100KVA

(ii) Agency raised the issue regarding railway crossing of 33KV line from Hathidah GSS

to Mokama pSS. lt was directed to Sr.S.P.Mandal, EEE (BRGF) to visit the site and

finalize the route.(iii) Director (project), reviewed the achievement against submitted work plan in

month of May,2015 by agency and found that achievement Zero percentage in

33KV Line and 24%in lLKV Line'

(iv) As per approved bar chart /PERT network agency has to supply 100% materials but

achievement is nearlY l5%'

2. Districts: Gaya" Naw4da & Jehanabad NIT NO: 196 (NtUs GKC -APL

ioint venture, Hvderabad)

(i) Agency has informed that construction of new control room at existing

33111, KV PSS Nawada old not started due to public hindrance .Sri

prakash kumar, AEE (BRGF) was directed to visit the site and resolve

the issue.

(ii) Dakhshini Jehanabad PSS Complete in all respect with its associated

33KV & 11KV lines. Pending for energization due to railway crossing

which will be obtained in two weeks'time. Meanwhile the PSS may be

energized on no load by the 33KV line passing close to this new 33KV

line.(iii1 Sri Prakash Kumar, AEE (BRGF) was directed to inspect R&M work of

PSS in Nawada District.(iv) Agency has committed to complete :-R&M work of all PSS in Nawada

district up to 1-5th Sept,2015,

3. Districts: Arwa! & Auraneabad NIT NO: 203 (M/s Supreme & co.-

Utkal Galvanizers JV Kolkata)The progress of work is far from target committed by Agency during CMD

meeting.

The Agency was directed to accelerate execution of work and achieve

committed target.

4. Districts: Patna& Natanda NIT NO: 209 (M East lndia UdvoH Limited.

Ghaziabad)

(i)_ Agency raised the issue regarding handing over & taking over of

electrical work completed against R&M of PSS by the Agency. The issue

will be resolved after proper analysis.

(ii) Agency raised the issue regarding cable laying arrangement inside the

campus of Sampatchak GSS behind its boundary wall for energization

of punpun PSS. The issue is to be settle with the help of transmission

Officer.

5. Districts: Bhagalpur. Banka & Munger NIT NO: ?07 (M Baiai Ele-ctricals

Limited: Mumbail

(i) Agency raised the issue regarding railways crossing in 04 nos.

feeders(11KV line Narayanpur PSS to Navtoliya in Bhagalpur District,

11KV line Nehru colony PSS to Dudhari and 11KV line Nehru colony

(ii) lt was directed to issue a letter to agency for Poor quality civil work

executed by agency against R&M of PSS. The painting of control room

buildings,structurenotproper.GravellingnotdoneasperTS.(iii) All the rail poles stringing done without painting of poles as per TS'

(iv) very slow work of new PSS at shankarpur & Nehru colony Banka'

(v) Stringing of 11KV lines not proper at many places'

6. Districts: Nalanda, Nawada & Banka NIT NO:02 (M/S Gopikrishna

lnfrastructure Pvt. Ltd')

(i) Agency raised the issue regarding Time extension' After analysis of

submitted document in support of time extension, needful action will

be taken as Per norms of RFP/LOA'

(ii) Agency raised the issue regarding approval of non-scheduled item in

BOQ. Rate of non-schedule item will be decided through variation

committee.

7. All Agencies were directed to speed up work and achieve committed target

during CMD review meeting held on 18'08'2015'
