All weddings are different, and at the Hilton Garden Inn, we celebrate the
differences and preferences of our brides and will work with you to create a
perfect wedding day. We invite you to sit down with our Staff to discuss
your questions and concerns, along with a tour of our beautiful facility.
What is provided?
We provide all tables, chairs, white linens, glass and flatware, skirting,
candles for the tables and a dance floor. Our professional banquet staff sets
up the room and tears it down afterwards. We want to make this day easy
for you and your family by doing all the work for you.
What type of food is offered?
Our Executive Chef has developed menus for your consideration. Our
Catering and Culinary team will also sit down with you personally to
develop a menu designed with your specific tastes in mind. We are able to
provide plated meals, buffets or heavy hors d’oeuvres depending upon your
preference and budget.
What about the bar?
We offer cash bars and hosted bars, or a combination of the two depending
upon your preference. There is a $175 set up charge for full bar service and
a $75 set up charge for beer and wine. You may bring in your own wine
and/ or champagne if you desire, and a corkage fee of $10/bottle will be
charged for handling and serving your wine. No other beverages may be
brought into the facility. House wines begin at $24/bottle.
May I bring in my own food?
We do not allow food to be brought in other than
the wedding cake.

What decorations are provided?
We offer complimentary mirrors, hurricane globes, and candles for
centerpieces. You may supplement these with flowers or make arrangements
to supply your own centerpieces, but we ask that you keep in mind that any
flame (candle) must be enclosed in glass. We invite you to decorate the room
in any way that you wish, provided that you do not secure anything to the
walls or ceilings with unapproved tape, tacks or nails. Confetti and glitter
are not allowed. The hanging of decorations from the ceiling is required to
be done by our facilities staff and will incur and additional labor charge of
$150.00.
Service Charge and Minimum Charges?
All prices are subject to 20% set up fee. (Others may refer to this charge as
gratuity.) You may select the Hilton Garden Inn Wedding package priced at
$2,500 plus food, beverages and service charge. A floor plan is enclosed to
show you the basic layout of the space, although please remember in
looking at the numbers on this chart that they do not provide for space taken
by dance floors, head tables, food tables, etc. Our Special Event Manager
will assist you in determining the amount of space needed for your recep-
tion.
What is the Payment and Guarantee Policy?
A non refundable deposit of $500 is required to hold the space. 50% of the
estimated balance is due 30 days prior to event date. Final payment based
on the final count is due three business days prior to the event. Any balances
due as a result of changes or additions made during the event are due in full
the day of the event. A guarantee with final guest count is due (3) three
business days prior to your scheduled event. If no guarantee is received, your
expected number will become your guarantee. Once this number is given, it
is not subject to reduction.
