PRODUCT DESCRIPTION SCOPE OF APPLICATION CHARACTERISTICS

IKV-SOLV 932 All-purpose degreasing agent for cold applications completely exempt from chlorine and aromatic compounds, with a high rate of evaporation adapted to most industrial applications.

For lubricants of mineral and synthetic origin

IKV-SOLV 932 has the following properties :

- A solvent power ensuring maximum effectiveness on all types of stains and soiling,

- Improved toxicological criteria, - Low density and a very good

surfactant power enabling soiling and stains to settle quickly,

- Drying at ambient temperature without leaving traces and residues.

- Not aggressive to paints and varnishes,

- compatible with most elastomers and plastics,

- usable on all manual and industrial processes.

IKV-SOLV ALIM 60 Cold degreasing agent entirely exempt from aromatic and halogen compounds offering a good solvent power and evaporation rate adapted to most industrial applications.

For foodstuffs

IKV-SOLVALIM 60 has the following properties :

- practically odourless and not aggressive to the skin,

- meets requirements of the agricultural/stuffs, aeronautical and nuclear industries,

- has a very high dielectric strength, - dries at ambient temperature

without leaving any traces or residues,

- highly neutral to the paints, varnishes and most elastomers,

- can be used on all industrial and manual processes.

IKV-SOLV XF Fluorinated fluid exempt from O.D.P. (Ozone Depletion Potential), products destroying the ozone layer and in this respect in compliance with the convention of Copenhagen. It has properties comparable to those of fluoro-carbonated solvents such as good chemical and thermal stability. This non-flammable and non-explosive solvent has a relatively fast evaporation rate leaving perfectly dry surfaces.

IKV-SOLV XF is suitable for : - cleaning glass, plastics and metal

parts, - washing electrical or

electronic components, - dissolving greases or oils,

fluorinated greases or oils, - cleaning parts initially

lubricated with fluorinated lubricants.

MOUNTING PASTES

IKV-GRAFOL HT PASTE

IKV-GRAFOL HT PASTE and IKV-GRAFOL HT are suitable for lubricating transport chains, eccentric screws, cams, guides and articulations undergoing thermal shock or exposed to bad weather conditions. Can also be used on bearings or plane journals rotating at slow speeds and with a considerable operating play.

Type of oil : Synthetic Type : Grey NGLI grade : 1 Useful temp. range : -30 to 1000

IKV-GRAFOL HT

IKV-GRAFOL HT PASTE and IKV-GRAFOL HT are lubricating pastes based on synthetic oils with a high concentration of solid lubricants.

They are endowed with excellent anti-seizure and anti-corrosion properties up to 1000°C. Above 200°C, the base oil gradually evaporates without leaving any coking residue, but a dry lubricating film. Their high adherence and remarkable thermal stability ensure long service-free lubrication intervals.

IKV-GRAFOL HT is also adapted for internal lubrication of the rims of rotating furnaces. In this case, we recommend initial lubrication with IKV-GRAFOL HT PASTE.

IKV-GRAFOL C2 IKV-GRAFOL C 2 and IKV-GRAFOL AL are suitable for all screws subjected to heat stresses and calling for a low unscrewing torque. They are appropriate for lubrication of transport chains, eccentrics, cams, guides and articulations subject to thermal shock and bad weather conditions. They are also recommended for lubricating bearings or plane journals running at slow speeds with a high operating play.

IKV-GRAFOL C 2 is also used as a heat conductive or electrically conductive paste for lubrication of slides or founding mould boxes.

IKV-GRAFOL AL

These are lubricating pastes based on Mineral oil with a high concentration of solid lubricants such as copper and graphite for IKV-GRAFOL C2 and aluminium for IKV-GRAFOL AL. These pastes are endowed with excellent anti-seizure and anti-corrosion properties up to 1000°C. Above 500°C, the base oil undergoes paralysis and gradually disappears without leaving any coking residue, but a dry lubricating film. Their high adherence and remarkable thermal stability ensure long service-free lubrication intervals.

IKV-GRAFOL AL is also used as protective paste for ladles and tools and lubricating slides or moulding boxes in aluminium pressure founding.

SPRAYS

BASIC MULTIUSO Applications : Used for lubricating locks, hinges, articulations and slides. It can also be used on switches, contactors and spark plugs and in general fashion on all applications present in the workshop and on vehicles. Properties : - anti-seizure aerosol for all types of mechanisms thanks to its rapid penetration through the metal oxides, stains and soiling, - efficient lubrication combined with anti-corrosion providing protection against the effects of damp and bad weather, - removal of damp present on electric components. 400 ml spray canister

IKV-PROTEC 100 Applications : This is an anticorrosion protection production with no chlorine or aromatics content, leaving a dry oily film endowed with migration power. Properties : - endowed with enhanced « dewatering » properties enabling damp parts to be treated, - it is also highly compatible with soluble cutting oils, - it is appropriate for all types of industries where temporary protection is required without requiring prior degreasing.

BRUSIL AX Applications : BRUSIL AX is recommended in the textile, paper, graphic arts, plastic and rubber industries. Properties : It is specially adapted: - for stripping moulds of plastic, polyurethane and rubber parts, - as anti-droplet agent for welding, - to facilitate sliding - as anti-adhesive for general use. 400 ml spray canister

SOLDADURA Applications : For inert gas welding operations in automatic or semi-automatic wire machines. Properties : - when applied to the nozzle, it facilitates emergence of the wire and prevents it from sticking whilst at the same time assisting in forming the welding bead, - it prevents projections and splashes of molten metal from adhering to the areas near the welding bead, the machine, etc. whilst at the same time facilitating their elimination simply using a brush or wiping away with a rag, - contains no silicone so as not to affect the subsequent painting or processing operations, - long-lasting and easy to handle. A single coat is sufficient to ensure efficient protection. 400 ml spray canister

IKV-MOLYFILM Applications : IKV-MOLYFILM generates a dry film the purpose of which is to apply molybdenum bisulphide base functions on the materials treated. During friction, the film laid converts into a stabilised « leaf » ensuring lasting operation. 400 ml spray canister

BESLUX-CAMIN 150 WR Applications : This is a Mineral oil with a “threading” structure endowing it with remarkable adhesion properties. It is adapted to the foodstuffs industry though with the restriction that there must be no contact with the foodstuffs. Properties : - good behaviour at temperatures of up to 150°C and good aging stability, - it is endowed with anti-drip properties and prevents undue splashing, - it is appropriate for many transport, driving or conveyor chains. It is perfectly suitable for encased gearboxes, toothed couplings, bearings or plane journals in the paper, textile, foodstuffs and steelmaking industries,

IKV-FLUOR 32 Applications : Appropriate for lubrication of all bearings, plane journals, chains or articulations working in a wide temperature range. It is suitable for lubricating all mechanisms operating in aggressive or corrosive environments. It is also adapted for lubrication of all plastic or rubber parts thanks to its compatibility with these materials. 400 ml spray canister

IKV-RAMCA 250 Applications : Used for lubricating chains, bearings, cables, open gears, fastener systems, etc. Properties : - its excellent corrosion strength endows it with exceptional behaviour at very high temperatures and prevents coking residues from forming in temperatures of up to 280°C, - its high resistance to temperature and water enables it to solve the most severe cases.

Applications : This product is used pure or diluted depending on the effect sought and in particular for the following applications: - stripping rubber or plastic mouldings, - calibrating sintered metal parts, - dry lubrication, - metal forming (extrusion, rolling, cutting…), - waxes or polishes for skis, automobile bodywork, boat hulls…, - protection of parts against adherence of varnish, - additive for elastomers, resins and paints.

AUTOMATIC SINGLE-POINT LUBRICATION SYSTEM

Low cost and reliable lubrication Use of the BESLUX LUBE system. This automatic lubricator can be mounted directly at the lubrication point. BESLUX LUBE is activated when the selector at the top part cuts in enabling a greasing interval of 1 to 12 months to be set to suit the mechanism to be lubricated. BESLUX LUBE doses the lubricant gradually and continuously guaranteeing excellent quality and high reliable lubrication. The lubricating interval initially selected can be modified whenever necessary. The level of lubricant present in the unit and its correct operation can be easily observed at all times thanks to a transparent inspection window. BESLUX LUBE is ideal for lubricating points to which access is difficult or dangerous owing to their position, difficult to see or partly masked and that can easily be forgotten or omitted during manual lubricating operations. These often critical grease points will be perfectly lubricated using the BESLUX LUBE lubricators guaranteeing continuous and reliable lubrication during greasing periods that can be adjusted from 1 to 12 months. The damage caused and the enormous costs resulting from incorrect lubrication can be avoided by using the BESLUX LUBE automatic lubricator which guarantees precise, highly reliable and economic lubrication.
