June 21, 2019 Mr. Jose Rodriguez Building Director Village of Tequesta 345 Tequesta Drive Tequesta, FL 33469 Dear Mr. Rodriguez: On behalf of Fontainebleau Development, we are seeking approval for a temporary sales trailer for the new Sea Glass condominium project that received site plan approval. The site is located at 1500 Beach Road, Tequesta, Florida 33469. The proposed temporary sales trailer measures 24’ x 44’. The improvements include an asphalt paved parking lot with seven parking spaces that include one handicap space. The location of the temporary sales trailer does not meet R-3 zoning front and side setbacks due to a hardship concerning safety. We believe the attached temporary site plan is the safest location to accommodate worker and public safety. Additionally, it will provide the safest location for construction staging and future construction efforts. Please consider our proposed temporary sales trailer for your review. If satisfactory, we would appreciate adding the business matter for presentation to council for final approval.
