^HALLDALE SCHOOL PTA APPROVES FIRST YEARLY BUDGET, GIVES RUMMAGE SALE Approval of its first yearly^Dlstrlct P.T.A. were Mrs. H. T. budget was voted by the newly organized Halldale ave. school P.
