Pavel ADYLIN
CEO and co-Founder, Artezio
Pavel Adylin is CEO and co-founder of Artezio - an ISO 9001:2008
certified software development and consulting company. A specialist with
over 25 years of IT experience, succeeded in building a superior team of
500+ professionals. Having started his IT career as a software developer in
1988, Mr. Adylin launched his first start-up in 1993. He has over 20 years
of senior management experience in Sales and Marketing. Mr. Adylin
graduated from the Moscow Academy of Finance in 1997 and Moscow
Institute of Radio-engineering, Electronics and Automation in 1991 with a

Biography:
A.G. Aksakov was born on November 28, 1957 in the village Ermolaevo of Kumertausky
district in Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. In 1969 he moved to the Crimea
with parents and two sisters due to the illness of mother. In 1975 he graduated from high
school of the village Vilino Bakhchisaraysky district of the Crimean region.
In 1975-1977 he worked as a fitter, later as a machine operator at the chemical plant.
In 1983 graduated from the economics department of Lomonosov Moscow State University,
qualified as economist. В In 1986 graduated from full-time post-graduate school of
Lomonosov Moscow State University, economics department. Ph.D. in Economics,
professor.
In 2005 graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the
Russian Federation with qualification “specialist in the filed of international relations”.
Since 1986 he worked as a lecturer at Chuvash State University, docent of Economics
Theory and Market Economy Chair. In 1991-1993 he headed the Center of Foreign Economic
Relations and Business Development of the Chuvash Republic.
In 1995-1997 he was a director of Cheboksary branches, Moscow commercial bank
In 1994-1997 he was a Deputy Director of Institute of Economics, Finance and Law
(Cheboksary).
1994-1995 - Deputy of the State Council of Chuvash Republic.
During this period, Anatoly Aksakov took an active part in the development of the Program
on Chuvashia transition to market relations, aimed at gradual entrance of Republic in the
market. According to experts estimates it allowed in general to retain the economic potential
of Chuvashia and to keep a significant number of jobs during the implementation of radical
economic and social reforms of the 1990s.
In 1997 Anatoly Aksakov became a Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet — Minister of
Economic Affairs of Chuvash Republic
The Anti-recessionary program (Program of top-priority measures 1998) in Chuvash
Republic was developed under the leadership of Anatoly Aksakov. Implementation of The
Anti-recessionary program allowed to increase industrial output volume, redeem debts on
social payments and salary.
In 1999 Anatoly Aksakov supervised the Medium-term program of social-economic
development of Chuvash Republic, which specified social economic issues and ways of their
solution, including development of science-intensive technology; informatization of all social
economic processes; all levels of education and science; modern management and equipment
of healthcare system, as well as technical, technological and institutional transformation of
agriculture, social development of villages.
The program enabled Republic without having deposits of strategic raw materials to become
one of the most dynamic regions.
1999-2003 - Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation of the third convocation of
the Cheboksary single member electoral district, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on
Economic Policy and Entrepreneurship.
2003-2007 - Deputy of the Russian Federation State Duma of fourth convocation,
representing single mandate electoral district, Deputy Chairman of Credit Organizations and
Financial Markets Committee.
2007 – present time - Member of the State Duma of the fifth and then of the sixth
convocation, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Financial Market.
2002 - 2009 he was a member of the National Banking Council of the Central Bank of the
Russian Federation.
In 2006, Anatoly Aksakov was elected president of the Association of Regional Banks of
Russia (Association "Russia").

Arnaud BENOIT
Vice-President, Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Arnaud Benoit, French citizen, has an experience of 20 years in the real
estate in Russia. He started in January 1993 in a firm called “Russian Real
Estate” in the office department. At this time Russia was a world very
different of what we can see in our days. After 2 years as commercial
director, Arnaud created with an American partner, “Colliers Russia”. The
first office was established in Moscow, followed by Saint Petersburg, and
then Kiev (Ukraine) and Almaty (Kazakhstan). Arnaud acted as a director
of “Corporate Clients” before taking also the position of “Regional
Director”. In 2003, Arnaud left the company to found “ Inov’Office”
specialized in Tenant Representation in the retail and office sector. The
concept of the firm was to represent the Tenants solely. For the first time full transparency in
all the transactions was offered on the Moscow market. In 2012, Arnaud decided for
Inov’Office to join the AOS Studley network. The name of the company was changed to
become “AOS Studley Inov’Office”. If the name was modified, the motto was still the same
than at the very beginning of the adventure: Experience Efficiency Ethic. Arnaud is also vice-
president of the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce. He is married with 2 children.
Dmitry CHIKHACHEV

Co-founder and managing partner, Runa Capital Dmitry
Chikhachev is co-founder and managing partner at Runa Capital,
$135M venture fund. His interests span internet, mobile,
virtualization and could computing. He led deal execution for
Jelastic, LinguaLeo, Ecwid, Cellrox and other Runa companies.
Dmitry is a ‘hands on’ active investor and helps portfolio
companies with fundraising, strategy, recruitment and technology.
Dmitry has over 18 years track record as business executive with
broad cross-functional experience. Most recently Dmitry was
COO/acting CEO of Uvenco Holding, responsible for the stat-up and successful roll-out of
the company, which under his leadership has become the leading operator in the field of
automated trade in Russian market. Previously Dmitry served as Business Development
Director at Ritzio Group, one of the top gaming operators in Eastern Europe, where he
headed international business development and managed investment projects – including
M&A and greenfield - in Latvia, Romania, Germany, South/Latin America, growing Ritzio
international business from zero to $75M.
Dmitry holds MS degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from Moscow Institute of
Physics and Technology. He also has completed an MBA curriculum, graduation with highest
honors from the American Institute of Business and Economics.
Edouard-François de LENCQUESAING
Special Advisor, Paris EUROPLACE, Managing Director, European Institute of
Financial Regulation (EIFR) & Member of the B20 2013 Finance Task Force
Edouard-François de Lencquesaing after being a consultant with
ACCENTURE has been for 23 years a banker with CCF-HSBC. He is
now a consultant in his own firm specialized on European issues related
to the financial industry (Netmanagers), special advisor of Paris
Europlace and CEO of European institute of Financial Regulation
(EIFR).
At CCF, member of the managing committee, after being chief
administrative officer of the investment bank, he was in charge of the transactions banking
(securities & payment services) and IT business lines and was a special advisor to the
chairman until the merger with HSBC. He was also Chairman of a subsidiary Vernet Valor,
in charge of Funds services & valuation
and Director of UBP a retail bank of CCF group.
He had many positions in European financial market infrastructures in the payments (RTGS)
and the securities (CSD) area. He was also a board member at SWIFT and other European
market infrastructures. Those positions gave him the opportunity to arbitrage the specific
interest of his institution with the overall interest of the industry within a long term and
pragmatically vision.
Since 2004, he became the special advisor of Paris EUROPLACE helping the French
financial industry to contribute positively to the European « construction » and to define the
strategy of the Paris financial centre within Europe and in the global competition.
In Paris he contributed to the creation, in 2007 of the financial cluster “FINANCE
INNOVATION” and in 2008, of the European Institute for Financial Regulation (EIFR),of
which he is the CEO.
He is an independent board member of EURO-CCP in London, a subsidiary of the DTCC in
New York.
He is writing regularly articles about strategical issues on Europe and the evolution of the
financial industry in the global competition.
He has been elected in his village council for 24 years (adjoint au Maire) until 2009.
He is Délégué Départemental de l’Ordre de Malte France for the Pas de Calais since 2005.
He is married with a former American banker and has 3 children. He is Commander in the
French Navy (reserve).
Benoît DELESTRE

Benoit Delestre is the CEO of SCCP France and President Europe & CIS
of SCCP Group. A veteran of the enterprise technology sector, Benoit
brings with him more than a decade of experience in IT business solutions
across diverse industries such as insurance, healthcare and payment.
Previously, Benoit supervised the Sales and Technical team and navigated Integri through the
EMEA markets before Clear2Pay acquired the company in 2008. At Mobile Tag, Benoit was
head of sales and marketing strategy development.
In 2010, he co-founded 4G SECURE. Thanks to the support of partners as IBM, Capgemini,
Oberthur Technologies, Sopra Group and customers like ProwebCE, 4G SECURE became a
reference trademark for financial institutions. It is in 2012 that 4G Secure joined SCCP
Group.

Frédéric DOUMENC
Partner, TAIGA
Frédéric is an engineer in telecom and has a masters degree from the
London School of Economics. He spent 10 years in the consulting business
within KPMG Consulting and AT Kearney, working on improving
operationnal performance of blue chip companies by implementing new
organisation and IT systems. In 2002, he founded his first company
Resulteam, a operationnal consulting firm specialized in improving working
capital with a success fees business model. In 2007 the company was sold to
lowendalmasai where he continues to grow the business across Europe. In
2009 he started a new company Taïga to develop an innovative web
platform to monitor the working capital and the cash flow of small and big companies.
Katia GAIKA
Deputy Director for Education and Research, IT Cluster, Skolkovo Foundation
Katia Gaika is a Deputy Director of the IT Cluster of Skolkovo
Foundation (Russia’s Silicon Valley project) where she is
responsible for connecting the dots between Russian and
International investment and development institutions as well as
for all special activities of the IT cluster when it comes to media
projects and public relations. Prior to Skolkovo she spent a year
starting a new TV channel (“Russian Life”) for Sistema Mass
Media – one of the biggest media holdings in Russia.
Ms. Gaika first made a career as a photo-journalist and worked for Vogue, Paris Match,
Harper’s Bazaar, GEO, Marie Clair and Elle among many others. At the top of her journalist
career Katia decided to switch gears and went to look for the new challenges. She got
accepted and went to Columbia University in the City of New York to study Economics.
After graduating from Columbia with honors, she led a number of projects in media, financial
and government sector for Booz Allen Hamilton (now Booz&Co, a top management
consulting firm) in New York, Dubai, Cairo and Moscow.
Alexei GORIAEV

In 1997 Alexei Goriaev graduated in Mathematical Economics
from Moscow State University (diploma with honors). Then he
studied at Tilburg University, earning M.A. in finance in 1998
(cum laude), diploma of the Dutch Graduate School in Economics
(NAKE) in 2001, and Ph.D. in finance in 2002.
In September 2002, Alexei Goriaev started as assistant professor
of finance at the New Economic School. In 2007 he led the new
Masters in Finance program, and in 2010 he became senior
lecturer. During the last 11 years Dr. Goriaev did research and
taught courses on emerging markets, mutual funds, and risk
management. He led applied projects on financial literacy, pension
and mutual fund ratings, the International Financial Center in
Russia, mass affluent customers in Russia.
Adina GRIGORIU
Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer, Active Asset Allocation
Adina has an actuarial degree, is a member of the French Institute of
Actuaries and has 14 years experience in different finance fields,
including quantitative modelling.
An asset allocation specialist, she started her career as a derivatives
trader. She then joined BNP Paribas Asset Management where she
held several positions ranging from product manager to fund manager
and head of ALM. She joined a spinoff of the EDHEC-Risk Institute
in 2007 to develop the Dynamic Core Satellite approach and its
application to institutional portfolios.
During her career, Adina has advised numerous asset managers and institutional clients on
designing and managing multi-asset portfolios, including hedge funds.
Sandrine GUERIN
Deputy CEO, Compagnie de Financement Foncier – CFF
Sandrine Guérin is an actuary, a member of the IAF (Institute of French
Actuaries) and holds a mathematics degree from Paris Jussieu University
as well as a graduate degree from ESSEC. With more than twenty years
experience in the financial markets, Ms. Guerin is currently Executive
Vice-President, Member of the Board of Management and Member of the
General management Committee of Credit Foncier, a company specialized
in real estate financing that is part of BPCE, second largest French banking
group. As Head of the Capital Markets, she is in charge of funding,
derivatives, cash management, securitisation. Sandrine Guérin is also Deputy Chief
Executive Officer of the Compagnie de Financement Foncier, a subsidiary of Crédit Foncier
de France, one of France’s leading issuers of obligations foncières (French covered bonds).

After 10 years of experience in the Internet and mobile businesses in
France, he became Senior investment manager at Direct Group, a

He later switched his career to business, got a MBA in finances at the
Wharton School, Pennsylvania University (Pennsylvania, USA) and held
senior positions at major international corporations and consulting
companies, such as IBM, AT Kearney, Gartner, Fuji-Keizai, Cisco
Systems and VTB.
Since late 2011, Andrey seves as the CEO of the VEB Innovations Fund specializing in early
stage technology financing. As of October 2013, VEB Innovations had nine innovative
technology companies in its portfolio.

Chief Executive, EMEA and Asia Pacific, SWIFT
Alain Raes was appointed Head of the EMEA region of SWIFT in
September 2007 and added the role of Chief Executive Asia Pacific in
January 2013. He is based in Singapore. Alain was previously Director
of the Continental Europe region at SWIFT, covering securities and
banking sales activities and spending time in Paris as well as Brussels.
Alain joined SWIFT in 1990, following previous roles at Citibank in
Belgium and Fortis Bank in Singapore. During his extensive career in
marketing and sales in the financial services industry Alain has
achieved great success in developing international business across
Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia Pacific, and he has particular
expertise in the area of financial market infrastructures.
Alain is married and has three children. He is a Belgian.

BNP Paribas Country Head Russia, Chairman of the Management
Board, BNP PARIBAS ZAO François Régnier was appointed as BNP
Paribas Country Head for Russia in April 2012. He also serves as the
Chairman of the Management Board and a member of the Supervisory
Council of BNP PARIBAS ZAO, a wholly owned subsidiary of BNP
Paribas that offers corporate and investment banking services on the
Russian market. Mr. Régnier oversees all Group’s entities in Russia
(Corporate & Investment Banking, Personal Finance – Joint Venture
and Investment Solutions) with a special focus on CIB.
François has been working for BNP Paribas for more than 25 years.
Prior to joining BNP Paribas in Russia, he held similar positions as
the Country Head for Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia, he also worked as the Head of
Acquisition Finance for UK & Northern Europe. In his last position as the Head of Human
Resources at BNP Paribas in UK he oversaw this function at one of the Group’s largest
offices globally. In 2000 Mr. Régnier was actively involved in the historic merging of BNP
and Paribas.

Alain Renck is currently Head of Bpifrance Export which is part of
Bpifrance, the French public investment bank dedicated to help

Previously to the creation of Bpifrance, he was appointed Director of
International Affairs Department of OSEO in May 2009.
For the years before that assignment, Alain was responsible for all
activities of OSEO in Eastern France.
A graduate of Nancy’s IAE Business School and of Strasbourg University’s Law School,

merged successively into the CEPME (Crédit d’équipement des PME, SME Equipment
Bank), the BDPME (SME Development Bank) then OSEO: Alain followed this evolution,
managing the bank’s training center, then becoming its district manager in Dijon then Nancy,
its regional manager in Strasbourg, to eventually manage the eastern network of OSEO.
Jean-Noël RIVASSEAU

After studying Computer Science at the Ecole Polytechnique
(Paris, France) and UBC (Vancouver, Canada ), Jean-Noël
founded Kameleoon in 2009, attracted by entrepreneurship.
Kameleoon initial technology allowed to easily modify existing
web pages. In 2010 during a visit to North America, he
discovered data-driven methods to optimize conversion, such as A
/ B testing . He fell in love with these methodologies, and
understood that the main obstacle to their use was the need of
agility for marketing teams, which was exactly solved by the tools
developed in-house. Kameleoon became an agile conversion optimization solution, and is
now used both in large French companies such as Renault , Air France , Le Monde or Au
Feminin and leading Web pure players ( Price Minister , Promovacances , RueduCommerce ,
Pages Jaunes ... ) . Jean-Noel oversees the technical development of Kameleoon and the new
projects of the company, to ensure the best results of the company's mission : help clients use
their data to become conversion champions.
Dominique SAINT-REMY

Dominique Saint-Remy studied Management at HEC and International
Business at HEPL in Liege, Belgium before taking a Master’s degree in
Management at SKEMA Business School in Paris, France. Dominique

Natalia SIDORENKO

In 1995 Natalia Sidorenko graduated from Khabarovsk State
Pedagogical University, in 1998 – French-Russian Master of
International Management. 1999-2006 worked in Trade Mission of
French Embassy in Moscow as specialist in promotion of French
products to Russian market .
In 2006 joined BSGV team. In 2011 after merging between BSGV and
Rosbank worked as had a position of chief specialist in International
Desk of SME Department of Rosbank.
In 2012 Natalia Sidorenko headed International Desk of SME
Department of Rosbank. Natalia is a member of SME Committee of

Yannick TRANCHIER
Yannick TRANCHIER, former Offshore manager in several large IT
groups in France, has worked for 10 years with Russian partners. After
managing international industrial IT projects in many countries, he has
decided to dedicate his experience to startups and Russia-France
collaboration.
In 2011, Ob'vious SAS was created to give french startups the
opportunity to leverage their innovation through international
partnership, especially with Russian startups.

Alcatel Group, Jean-Louis Truel co-founded Imecom Group a
telecommunication hardware and software company, in which he was
vice-president for finance and international development.
In 2004 he founded the company IBD which provides consulting
services in the areas of :
- Support for international business development for small and medium size high-tech
companies, with specific focus on Russia and CIS countries.
- Build-up of technological cooperations.
- Consulting on economic policy issues and on cluster development in Europe and CIS
countries.
Jean-Louis Truel is Vice-President of “Cercle Kondratieff” in Paris. Cercle Kondratieff is a
French Think Tank and Business Club gathering academics and business executives involved
in activities between France and Russia.
He is also a lecturer in several French and Russian Universities and he participates to many
international conferences on innovation.

in corporate management and Public relations. Nicolas holds a Master
Degree in Corporate Finance from INSEEC Paris and is graduated
from IDRAC Lyon Business School specialized in Corporate Finance.
He has also studied in Spain and in Russia.
About WIL&Co, the main idea arose in November 2012 between
Nicolas Vassel and Thibault Crouzet two French sharing the same
entrepreneurial values and the same passion for Russia. The objective
of its two co-founders is nowadays to transform this web company into
a major actor in the Eastern markets, through the establishment of new services, the
importation of new ideas and the emergence of new concepts in the World Wide Web.
Vasiliy VORONOV
Senior Manager, IT Strategy division, SBERBANK
Vasiliy Voronov is program manager of discovering, piloting and
adopting emerging technologies with focus on mobile payments in
Sberbank. He has over 10 years of experience in research and
development, technology integration, and emerging technology
adoption in different application domains, including team leadership
and management roles. Prior to joining Sberbank, Vasiliy was head of
benchmarking center with T-Platforms, local high performance
computing hardware equipment vendor. Before that he held project
management and software development positions in oil& gas
construction companies. Vasiliy has graduated from Lomonosov
Moscow State University with MSc in applied mathematics. He also
holds PhD degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
