have the last true waterfront views in downtown Vancouver from floors
5 to 35. It will rise as a striking glass crest to frame The Marine Building
to the east. At ground level, it will retain the historic University and
Quadra Club façade, while a prestigious entrance will be created within
a newly landscaped public green space.
