Can you answer the $25,000 question?Watching the “Sparrow Way Pyramid” show is great way to prepare for the July 30 visit by a team from the Michigan Quality Council – and get some laughs to boot.

In an entertaining yet informative way, the video outlines the keys to the Sparrow Way, a Patient-first, evidence-based approach to healthcare. The cornerstones of the Sparrow Way will be the focus of much of the MQC visit and it’s important for Caregivers to be able to discuss them.

The MQC team will walk around and evaluate Sparrow, randomly interviewing Caregivers on five questions intended to see if employees understand our mission, department goals, current performance, plans for improvement, and their reward system.

The video, developed by the Learning and Organizational Development Department, can be found on the Sparrow Intranet by typing “Sparrow Way Pyramid” in the search box.
