_ "1. Use a heat gun o,cbair dryer to heatup the broken plug.

2. Insert Pusher Body (1) to bottom ofspark plug threads with PusherScrew (2) backed completely out. Nextscrew Pusher Screw (2) down untilit bottoms out against top of PusherBody (1). This pushes the porcelainto the end of the spark plug tube tipwhich gives you enough room for tip ofPuller Screw (4) to work. There is noguessing on how far to run the PusherScrew (2) down. The porcelain cannotbe pushed through the spark plug tipsince it is retained by the taper of thetip and the design of the tool controlsoverall length the porcelain can bepushed.

3. Remove Pusher Assembly using bighex on Pusher Body (1).
