    Brief task description

    1. All Access Requests submitted via email will be logged and responded to within 24 hours of submission.2. Urgent or incident related access must be called through to the Datacentre Service Desk on 0800 436 432 which is available for

    support 24x7.3. Access requests for planned or maintenance works must be submitted, via email, at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time/date

    of the works.4. Any changes to the infrastructure, power requirements, environment and hardware of any datacentre must be approved by the relevant

    Datacentre Operations member and will require supervision at the time of change implementation.5. Once on site, attendees are to call SOC on 0800 10 30 60, opt 3, 2 to have their swipe card activated for the necessary spaces. Have

    your REQ # ready.
