Malaga’s excellent climate, with an average of 320 sunny days per year, makes the beautiful Malaga region the ideal place to partake in an exciting language learning experience.

La Colina School is a bilingual school where thousands of local students have studied. Now, its doors are opening to young people from around the world to join in a unique experience with local students. La Colina School

The educational programs at La Colina take place almost entirely at the school itself thanks to our complete facilities that are fully equipped for the development of classes and class activities.

Only seven kilometers separate us from the historic center of Malaga, and the school’s large area of over 6,000 square meters (nearly 65,000 square feet) allow our students to enjoy not only fully equipped educational classrooms, but also sports areas, parks, gardens and a greenhouse.

Overall, it’s an exceptional space in which classes combine with fun activities to make learning a language enjoyable for everyone.

Every week we will go on a half-day excursion to some of the most charming towns in the Costa del Sol such as Marbella, Nerja and Fuengirola, and explore the best places and beaches of the province, which offer a wide array of fun cultural, athletic and gastronomic activities.

One of the best ways to enjoy the sun and beautiful Andalusian climate is to get to know it’s cities, which are known for their

coexistence of many civilizations, rich cultures, and their role in shaping the cultural landscape of Andalusia.

we will also devote one day each week to get to know Andalusian cities like Granada, Seville and Ronda. Our aim is to immerse students in a trip to the past and let them explore these lively, internationally recognized cities.

We want our students to learn to speak Spanish and to be able to use it in real-life situations, like going to the supermarket , return clothing or requesting information. Our classes are therefore developed with recreational activities and workshops focused on current issues. Our goal is to foster language learning while promoting values such as diversity, solidarity, and respect for the environment.

In order to achieve this, our team of monitors and native-speaking teachers focuses on new technology to help make learning more effective.

At La Colina School, the language levels taught follow the criteria established by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (A1 -A2 -B1 -B2 -C1 -C2 ) and classes are conducted in small groups of 10 students aprox.
