Notebook Activities

By Island Teacher

Teacher’s Guide

Included in this product are 4 interactive notebook activities for students studying Spanish speaking countries and capitals. Each template has instructions on the student page for adding the template to their notebook.

1. Templates for writing the capital under the country flap.2. Templates for writing the country under the capital city flap.3. Template for students to use to give a general overview of the geographical

location of Spanish speaking countries. 2 per page.4. Template for “Fast Facts” on a country. 2 per page. For this template, I have

students choose a country (or sometimes 2 countries using both templates on the page) and ask them to research basic information. Many textbooks give basic country information or I will have students use the internet. I do this to give them a very broad overview of a country before we complete a more in depth country project.

Also included in this product is a countries and capitals reference sheet.
