under specialization training)

– Development HCP resources policies– Guarantee the availability of HCP resources in case

of Public Health emergencies

Phase I: 12 countries have been analyzed (Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Holland, Sweden, UK, USA)

– Demographic and social data– Healthcare system– Contractual relationship – Medical specialties – Nursing competencies and specialities– HCP planning process and structure– Standards identification by speciality

– Data analysis, evaluation and contrast with Spanish Health System
