Positive SpaceRepresents an

Ex. A chair, person, etc..

Negative SpaceThe space around

or between any objects or subjects in the artwork.

Deep Space

Shallow Space This one has depth, but

the other is deeper. One thing is in front of

another showing depth. (the third dimension)
