DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICYDay packages and group bookings must be paid for in full at the time ofbooking. This is non-refundable but may be transferred to an alternativedate.All other treatments will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at thetime of booking and/or credit/debit card details to secure the booking.Cancellations in excess of 72 hours will be permitted to transfer theirdeposit payment to an alternative date.Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will be charged at 50%.Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 100% ofthe cost of the treatments less any monies already paid.

LATE ARRIVALArriving late for your appointment means that your treatment may haveto be cut short or cancelled, as we cannot overrun for our next client.

SAFETY & SUITABILITYFor safety reasons the facilities can only be used by guests over the age of14 years. An adult must accompany guests under the age of 18 years ofage. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or diagnosed with any medicalcondition please contact our therapists in advance to discuss the suitabilityof treatments.

PERSONAL BELONGINGSPlease do not bring valuables to the Spa, as we do not accept liability forthe loss or theft of personal items.
