Your appointment:

To be sure to get your desired appointment, please book before your arrival.By telephone: +43 6138 2306-280 or by e-mail spa@weissesroessl.atExtension from hotel room to the SPA: 280

Preparation time:

Please take enough time for us and your treatment. We kindly ask you to be in the SPAat least 10 minutes before your appointment. In our SPA-zone you'll fi nd tea, water and magazines. Should you not be able to make it on time, we will still try to make your treatments as perfect as possible. Thank you for understanding that in the event of subsequent appointments already having been booked, your treatment time may be shortened.

Before treatment begins:

It's best to arrive wearing a bathrobe or comfortable sportswear for your appointment. To enable your body to absorb our care products even better, we kindly ask you to have a quick shower.

Subsequent relaxation times:

All our treatments include a subsequent relaxation period of 5 to 10 minutes.

Cancelling appointments:

It may happen that you cannot make it to an appointment. Please let us know as quickly as possible. Please understand that we charge 100 % of the cost, in case cancellation is not made 24 hours before the booked appointment. In the case of booked packages a cancellation fee of 50% is charged one week prior to the appointment; after that we charge the full price. Booked appointments not utilized cannot be deducted from the rate of the package price.

Health:

In order for us to guarantee your well-being, please let us know of any allergies, affl ictions, accidents, intolerances.

Quiet zone:

Our SPA is meant to be a place of rest and relaxation for all guests. Please leave your mobile phones and iPads behind. The entire SPA area is non-smoking. We apologise for any inconveni-ence caused, that dogs have to remain in the room.

Food and drink

In the SPA IN THE LAKE, there is a small bathrobe eating area. In all other rooms, please do not eat or bring any beverages. In the SPA & BEAUTY there is water available as well as tea. Wheneating in our restaurants or on the sun terrace, please wear appropriate clothing (no bathrobe).

DAY SPA:

Our RÖSSL BEAUTY & SPA is also open for guests from outside. For the duration of your staywe will provide you with a bathing kit containing a bathrobe, sandals and towels.
