The IDLV-4100PM is Invertos flagship professional digital trans-modulator series.The IDLV-4100PM offers much more than QAM or COFDM modulation and provides powerfuland flexible DVB PSI/SI processing features. The wide variety of interfaces includes support forDVB-S2/S, DVB-T, DVB-C, ASI, TSoIP and DS3 reception making the IDLV-4100PM suitable fora wide range of deployment scenarios of digital TV distribution system where QAM or COFDMmodulation is required. The IDLV-4100PM has two CI slots for descrambling. Multi-program de-scrambling can be achieved when using a professional CAM module. The IDLV-4100PM incorpo-rates a built-in re-multiplexer which can multiplex streams from the Tuner, IP, and ASI inputs andoutput a customized DVB-compliant QAM or COFDM modulated TS.
Furthermore, the IDLV-4100PM offers a unique redundancy mode where the Tuner, ASI Inputand IP Input could be configured to back up each other. This unique functionality maintains theavailability of the distribution system even when one or two input sources malfunction or simplyshut down.
The IDLV-4100PM integrates with SNMP-based management systems, can be managed and con-trolled over a built-in HTTP-based web interface, PC software management tool (HDMS) or overits front panel interface.
