I am certified Mechanical Engineer with extensive hand on maintenance and Repair of the process line Machines .While I have recently obtain my FTC (full technological certificate) in Mechanical Engineering, I have been Maintaining and repairing the process machines such as fermentors (a fermentation processing machine). Cooling tower,(a system for cooling a hot return water from the air handling unit to be compressed by chiller and send to the factory).Oven(a steam drying vessel for paste materials into solid) Cookers,(a steam pressure pot for cooking raw materials). Guerin systems for production of Maggi, (pneumatically control machine for transporting raw materials) Sappal and fette machines (a molding and wrapping machine) Boilers, Generators, also repair of Lathe, Milling machines.

. Management of Routine and Extraordinary maintenance budget for the plant Creation and implementation of WBS structure for maintenance in the plant. . Coordinate the execution of the corrective preventive and schedule

maintenance in the plant with the improvement activities in the plant. . Coordinate the contractor on the project execution on site and coaching on

the safety aspect of the jobs (procedure). . Training personnel on the use of System Application Programme for PM

activities. . Project Long-term Planning of the plant machine extraordinary maintenance

in the plant. . Assist in driving of the SAM analysis, GSTD, LTA analysis DMAIC MCA,

BDA Analysis and TPM in the plant . Driving of creation of master data to the database in the plant.

Responsible for the supervision of line maintenance technicians assigned to production maintenance.

Prepares job request, spare parts requisitions needed for various maintenance jobs.

Prepares preventive and corrective maintenance plans and schedules. Exercise proper supervision over all technicians and workers under his

responsibility to ensure all company policies and guidelines, rules and regulations are followed accordingly.

Prepares work schedules for approval of the Manufacturing Manager/Process Maintenance Manger.

Reports to the Manufacturing Manager any issues related to personnel to resolve any issues. Coordinates with manufacturing supervisors for the proper scheduling of maintenance activities.

Coordinates with the QA Department for the various quality issues (like HACCP) on processes and products influenced by machine operation or design and other laboratory checks.

Monitor and review daily operations data of machine downtime and stoppages submits to the Process Maintenance Engineer /Manufacturing Manager and reports on daily activities and highlights.

Provides explanation for variances in resources like labour and spare parts used in his area of operation.

Actively support all management programs in Continuous Improvement, regular audits and improvement team formation.

Carries out any other task that is assigned by immediate superior Ensures safety of self, product, workplace and colleagues while ensuring the

control of the impact of his activities on the environment". Maintains Food Safety awareness and its relevance in order to ensure strict

Compliance in the work place. Maintain standard level of NGMP and 5s’ during line maintenance Responsible for safety in the plant both machine wise and other work place

department. Plan and organise training programmes for subordinates. Carries out any other job assigned by the hierarchy.
