SPORTS MOMMY/DADDY & ME SOCCER As you and your child participate in our fun age appropriate activities, your child will be developing their large motor skills and socialization skills. TOT /PRE SOCCER Little tykes will enjoy running and kicking just like the big kids! Learn core soccer skills through our energetic, all-inclusive games. In addition to soccer skills, we develop good sportsmanship and a lifelong love of soccer. All participants receive a jersey! Shin guards are required after the first meeting. KIDZ LOVE SOCCER RAINOUT HOTLINE When rain is forecasted, parents should call the rainout hotline 1-888-372-5803 30 minutes before their child’s scheduled class for cancellation updates. Make up classes will be added at the end of the session.

SOCCER 1: TECHNIQUES & TEAMWORK Players will learn dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting, age-specific defense, etc. Fun skill games are played at every session, and every participant will have a ball at his or her feet. SKYHAWKS MINI HAWK This multi-sport program was developed to give 4-7 year olds a positive first step into athletics. Soccer, Baseball and Flag Football are taught in a safe, structured environment filled with encourage-ment and fun. Through games and activities, participants explore balance, hand/eye coordination and skill development at their own pace. Please bring a water bottle and wear appropriate clothing and running shoes. HIP HOP DANCE High-energy dance classes provide hours of fun while improving coordi-nation, stamina and overall fitness. Dance steps are introduced in easy to understand language. KARATE (KENPO) - Level 2/3 This is a continuation of the Level 1 class. Students will learn an intermediate form of martial arts which promotes respect, self es-teem, leadership and self-confidence. This class continues teaching the techniques of kicking, punching, blocking, striking and self-defense while adding elbow & knee strikes, multiple combinations, intermediate forms and intermediate self-defense techniques. Karate uniforms not required, but are available through the instructor. Classes are taught by highly-qualified instructors with 2nd-5th de-gree Black Belts. ENGINEERING FUNdamentals MINERAFT with LEGO® Bring Minecraft to life using LEGO! Build a motorized walking Creeper, a terrifying Ghast, and a motorized Minecart! This project-based camp, designed by Play-Well instructors, combines the basic format of our core engineering-themed programs based on the world of Minecraft. DRAGONS FROM AROUND THE WORLD CAMP Come learn about dragons from different cultures around the world. First learn about the color wheel and basic art concepts about pat-terns and textures. WACKY ROBOTS & WIDGETS Whether your child loves to build things or destroy them, this week of camp includes lots of both! The junior Mad Science engineers will design and build structures using simple tools and their imagi-nations. Campers will even construct a geodesic dome big enough for all of them to sit inside. Then the machine madness starts... children will discover how different machines, simple and complex, are used in our daily lives. Kids will design simple machines using pulleys, wedges, screws and levers and have fun learning how catapults work. SENIOR NUTRITION Lunch is served Monday through Friday at 12:00 pm for seniors age 60 and older. The menu is listed in the monthly newsletter available at the center. Call 408-629-9606 to make reservations at least one day in advance, but no more than two weeks in advance. Suggested donation is: $3.00 for participants 60+ $6.00 for those under 60 years of age We’ll also continue offering meal cards $30.00 for 11 meals. ***The Cleaning / Damage Deposit is required at all events at the Southside Community Center. This deposit is refund-able if everything is properly cleaned, the facility is vacated at the designated time on the rental contract, and there are no damages.

RENTER RESPONSIBILITIES The rental hours include set-up and clean-up time. The

last hour is reserved for clean-up. Everyone in your party must be outside the facility by the scheduled end time on your rental contract.
