The property is zoned SP1 Site Plan District which allows for various office commercial uses.

Utilities:

Utilities are located along the property including a 6 inch sanitary sewer line located along North side of Southlake Blvd and a

12 inch water line located along the North side of Southlake Blvd. The site generally slopes to the southwest. Most runoff is

toward Southlake Blvd. to the existing storm drain facilities within the street right of way. On-site storm water detention

Civil Engineering:
