Turn right onto Jacksonville Jobstown Rd. Show site is on the left. From State Route 90/Betsy Rose/Aramingo Ave - Stay right at fork, follow signs for NJ 90/Betsy Ross Bridge. Merge onto NJ 90 E/SR 90/Betsy Ross Bridge, continue to follow NJ 90E/SR 90E. Exit at US130 toward Cinnaminson/Camden. Stay left at fork & merge onto US 130N/N Crescent Blvd/Westfield Camden Turnpike. Follow US 130N, turn right onto Jacksonville Rd then onto Burlington Jacksonville Rd. NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS
Entry Fees: See Page 4. Catalogs: $5.00
Admission & Parking: There is no admission or parking fee. No overnight parking or RVs.
Closing Date for Entries: Noon on October 7, 2015 at the Show Secretary’s office, after which time entries cannot be accepted, canceled or substituted, except as provided for in Chapter 14, Section 6 of “The Dog Show Rules.” Telegraph, telephone and unsigned entries cannot be accepted. Entries not on official AKC entry forms and photocopies of entry forms without Agreement and Rules on reverse side of the official AKC entry form are NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Mail all entries with fees to Edna Morris, Show Secretary, 209 Ryan Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15220-1915. Entries received without fees will not be accepted. Acknowledgement of entries will be made as soon as practicable with tickets and/or identification cards. Should acknowledgement not be received by the exhibitor within a reasonable time, please contact the show secretary at (412) 561-4973.
Make all checks and money orders payable to EDNA MORRIS. Canadian exhibitors must make fees payable in U.S. Funds. Enclose checks or money orders with entries. Show Secretary assumes no responsibility for cash sent through the mail. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Show Secretary will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being limited to a cash only basis. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by the judge, or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee. If, because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry fees will be made. Per the new AKC regulation effective January 1, 2014, females in season are NOT permitted to compete. After the close of entries only refund requests for bitches in season can be accepted. Those requests must include a veterinarian’s note and be received by the Trial Secretary NO LATER than one half hour prior to the start of the first class at the trial. After the close of entries, a processing fee of $5.00 will be assessed. There will be no refund for injury or illness after entries close. No Refund for Duplicate Entries. Every effort to find duplicates will be made; however, if entry has been processed, no refund will be made. Errors on Entry Blanks. Owners are responsible for errors made on entry forms, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. Show Site will be open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EDT . Consult program for time of judging. Dogs need be present only at the appointed hour of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. Judges will not wait for any dog. Owners or Agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The show-giving club and the Show Secretary have no obligation or responsibility for providing services for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. Declination of Entries. The show committee may decline any entries for cause, and may refuse to admit or may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness, or other cause, and no one shall have any claim or recourse against the show-giving club or any official thereof. A $3.00 AKC Event Service Fee per Entry and a Recording Fee of $.50 for First Entry Only will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. A $3.00 Rally Recording Fee will be required for each dog entered in a Rally Class. These Event Service and Recording Fees are to be collected by the Show-giving club and paid to the American Kennel Club. No Entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies conditions as to its acceptance. Parents must be responsible for their children at all times.

AGREEMENT I (we) agree that the club holding this event has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall deem sufficient. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the AKC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any AKC approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog. Additionally, I (we) hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify, defend and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expense (including legal fees), by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting therefrom, sus-tained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves), or on account of damage to property, arising out of or in consequence of my (our) participation in this event, however such, injuries, death or property damage may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused or may be alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the aforemen-tioned parties or any of their employees, agents, or any other persons. I (WE) AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE ENTRY, EXHIBITION OR ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT BETWEEN THE AKC AND THE EVENT-GIVING CLUB (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN ITS PREMIUM LIST) SHALL BE SETTLED BY ARBITRATION PURSUANT TO THE APPLICABLE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRA-TION ASSOCIATION. HOWEVER, PRIOR TO ARBITRATION ALL APPLICABLE AKC BYLAWS, RULES, REGULA-TIONS AND PROCEDURES MUST FIRST BE FOLLOWED AS SET FORTH IN THE AKC CHARTER AND BYLAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS, PUBLISHED POLICIES AND GUIDELINES.
INSTRUCTIONS 1. (Variety) if you are entering a dog or breed in which there are varieties for show purposes, please designate the particu-lar variety you are entering, i.e., Cocker Spaniel (solid color black, ASCOB, parti-color), Beagles (not exceeding 13 in., over 13 in. but not exceeding 15 in.), Dachshunds (longhaired, smooth, wirehaired), Collies (rough, smooth), Bull Terriers (colored, white), Manchester Terriers (standard, toy), Chihuahuas (smooth coat, long coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charles and Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles (toy, miniature, standard). 2. The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed competition: Dogs that are Champions of Record and dogs which, according to their owners’ records, have completed the requirements for a championship, but whose championships are unconfirmed. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in best of Breed competition is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship. 3. (Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., age division, color division, weight division. 4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for an event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his name. State on entry form whether transfer application has been mailed to the AKC. (For complete rules, refer to Chapter 11, Section 3.) .

BEST 4 & UNDER 6 MONTH .PUPPY COMPETITION
The 4 to 6 Month Puppy Competition shall be for dogs that are four (4) months of age and over but under six (6) months on the day of the event. The Winner of this competi-tion will be named Best Four to Six Month Puppy in Show.
An AKC registration number or AKC litter number will be required for entries of an AKC recognized breed.
A foreign born dog may enter this class if they are registered in the country of origin.
Dogs are required to be vaccinated (including rabies) in accordance with their veterinari-an’s protocol in order to avoid inadvertent transmission of illness by/to puppies not yet fully immunized.
Professional handlers are not permitted to exhibit in this class. Professional handlers are defined as any person who belongs or has belonged to a professional handlers’ organization, distributed rate cards or otherwise advertised or represented themselves as handling for pay. Dogs may not be exhibited by current assistants and household members of a professional handler.
AKC Rules in Dealing with Misconduct will be applicable to any person and dog entered in this competition. All applicable rules found in Rules Applying to Dog Shows will gov-ern the conduct of this competition unless these regulations state otherwise. Exhibitors should plan on opening the mouth of their puppy for the judge. Dogs with breed stand-ard disqualifications should not be excused but may not receive placements. However, dogs with age related disqualifications such as color (as related to age), height, teeth etc. are permitted to receive awards in the 4-6 Month Puppy classes.
The Certificate of Merit (CM) title is an introductory title to AKC conformation events. Entrants in each breed shall compete for Best of Breed and Best of Opposite Sex to Best of Breed. Winners of the Best of Breed will be awarded points toward the CM title based on the number of dogs defeated in their breed or variety. Winners of best of Op-posite Sex to Best of Breed will be awarded points toward the CM title based on the number of dogs defeatedtheir sex.

The Southern New Jersey German Shepherd Dog Club invites you to join us at our first
Parade of Rescued German Shepherd Dogs at our Fall Specialty Show on October 24th, 2015
Burlington County Fairgrounds – Route 206 in Columbus, NJ Regardless of where your rescue came from, you are invited to come and share the day with us at our Fall Specialty Show. The show will include Breed Conformation, Obedience, Rally and CGC testing. The Parade of Rescued German Shepherds will take place during the lunch break between the morning and afternoon breed conformation show. All rescued German Shepherds are welcome to participate and will receive recognition for being a part of the fun! There is no cost for participation – please just bring your smile and promise to have a good time! K9 BLANKET DRIVE
We are collecting blankets, towels, rugs, leashes and really anything that an animal shelter could use. As we all know, shelters really rely on donations from the public. We ask that you bring us your items and help us make a difference in these hopeful animals lives. Cleaning supplies, office stationary, treats and

AGREEMENT I (we) agree that the club holding this event has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall deem sufficient. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the AKC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any AKC approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog. Additionally, I (we) hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify, defend and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expense (including legal fees), by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting therefrom, sus-tained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves), or on account of damage to property, arising out of or in consequence of my (our) participation in this event, however such, injuries, death or property damage may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused or may be alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the aforemen-tioned parties or any of their employees, agents, or any other persons. I (WE) AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE ENTRY, EXHIBITION OR ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT BETWEEN THE AKC AND THE EVENT-GIVING CLUB (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN ITS PREMIUM LIST) SHALL BE SETTLED BY ARBITRATION PURSUANT TO THE APPLICABLE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRA-TION ASSOCIATION. HOWEVER, PRIOR TO ARBITRATION ALL APPLICABLE AKC BYLAWS, RULES, REGULA-TIONS AND PROCEDURES MUST FIRST BE FOLLOWED AS SET FORTH IN THE AKC CHARTER AND BYLAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS, PUBLISHED POLICIES AND GUIDELINES.
INSTRUCTIONS 1. (Variety) if you are entering a dog or breed in which there are varieties for show purposes, please designate the particu-lar variety you are entering, i.e., Cocker Spaniel (solid color black, ASCOB, parti-color), Beagles (not exceeding 13 in., over 13 in. but not exceeding 15 in.), Dachshunds (longhaired, smooth, wirehaired), Collies (rough, smooth), Bull Terriers (colored, white), Manchester Terriers (standard, toy), Chihuahuas (smooth coat, long coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charles and Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles (toy, miniature, standard). 2. The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed competition: Dogs that are Champions of Record and dogs which, according to their owners’ records, have completed the requirements for a championship, but whose championships are unconfirmed. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in best of Breed competition is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship. 3. (Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., age division, color division, weight division. 4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for an event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his name. State on entry form whether transfer application has been mailed to the AKC. (For complete rules, refer to Chapter 11, Section 3.) .
