LET THE GAMES BEGINAll the fun begins March 2, 2020 with our kick-off event from 9-11am at GVR West Center. Be sure to join us for a continental breakfast, buy your official event t-shirt and get fired up for the games!

ELIGIBILITYThe general public is invited to register for events in our senior games. Players must be 50 years of age or older as of December 31, 2020 to participate in our 2020 games. DEADLINE TO REGISTERRegister in person at one of our GVR offices, or mail in your registration - it must be received by February 28, 2020.

ENTRY FEESRegistration fee is $10/person, and each event is $5+/person. Please make checks payable to:

CONFIRMATIONSRegistration confirmations will be mailed to the participants who register by mail. For corrections or changes, call (520) 838-0164 by February 28, 2020. Present your confirmation at each event during check-in, as this will be your receipt.

REFUND POLICY/CHANGESRefunds are issued only if an event is cancelled. No refunds will be issued after the final registration deadline of February 28, 2020. The Southern Arizona Senior Games reserves the right to cancel any event due to insufficient registration, inclement weather, or events beyond our control. In the event of venue change or event cancellation, every effort will be made to contact entrants prior to the start of the games.

T-SHIRTS2020 Southern Arizona Senior Games t-shirts will be available for purchase M-F, March 2-6 from 9-11am at West Center (1111 GVR Drive). If you are unable to get a t-shirt during that timeframe, they will be available at the closing event.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIESOver 200 volunteers are needed to run safe and successful events. Distributing medals and t-shirts, timers, scorekeepers, referees, sign-in and greeters. If you would like to volunteer at a specific event, complete a volunteer registration form and the coordinator for that event will contact you.

CLOSING EVENTCelebrate your victory, or just relive all the action from the 2020 senior games at our Closing Event on March 31, 2020 at 12pm at Desert Hills Center. All the glory is heaped on to our athletes, volunteers and sponsors, who are rewarded for their support and hard work with ice cream sundaes, while viewing highlights of the 2020 games. This event is free, but registration is required.
