One Bump or Two at &TeaExpectant mums and dads are invited to &Tea on the 2nd Monday of the month, to meet Sarah Sayer, a Southbourne based doula. The informal meetings are for all expectant parents to meet up and get to know each other and an opportunity to meet Sarah and nd out about doula services. The meetings, which are from 10.30am - noon, will also introduce midwives, health visitors and hypnobirthing teachers coming along to answer questions. The meetings start on the 14th May 2012, if you’d like to nd out more before, call Sarah on 07773 345559.

Tuckton Bridge Repairs CompleteAfter periods of trac chaos on both sides of Tuckton Bridge, the essential link has now re-opened. Shops in Tuckton suered with traders reporting a drop in footfall, not helped by motorists queuing up and down the High Street. Ian Kalra, transportation services manager at Bournemouth council said, “These are essential maintenance works to a heavily used structure which is over 100 years old”.Local resident Richard commented, “For those of us living nearby, it feels like a near annual event. It appears the current works are more substantial than those before. So why have so many "sticking plaster" bodge-jobs been inicted on us in the past?”Were you aected by the work? Fanelli’s on Seabourne Road in Southbourne is Bournemouth’s longest running pizzeria. We met up with manager Allan to nd out what makes a Fanelli’s pizza so special.“Our pizza bases are made with raw ingredients on the premises daily. We only use the nest and freshest produce, coupled with over 20 years experience means we will not be beaten on product quality or service”, explained Allan who took over as store manager in 2011. “We make our own dough in house and use the nest italian ciabatta

bread spread with our own garlic butter. We season and cook our chicken in house and our spiced beef recipe is a hot secret! Tasty coleslaw is hand made using fresh and crunchy vegetables.”Fanelli’s delivery is usually within 30 minutes and all delivery sta are locals with excellent knowledge of the Southbourne area, meaning your pizza is delivered direct from the oven to your plate in the very best time.
