Upon approval , a permit shall be issued which states the permitted conditional use and any special conditions that apply thereto. Copy of property plat(s) showing all of the subject property, clearly marked , and all adjoining properties within 300 feet of the subject property . This can be obtained from the County Recorder's office or a copy from the plat held in the South Weber City office for a nominal fee.

Site plan (if applicable), drawn to scale, showing any and all of the following : the building lot and dimensions, building locations, landscaping, existing trees and shrubbery, off street parking facilities , vehicular and pedestrian circulat ion, location and width of abutting streets, existing and proposed grades, surface drainage, and a north arrow. In addition the plans shall include scale drawings of major exterior elevations , and proposed exterior color scheme.

o Sign plan, if applicable .

A complete set of typed mailing labels listing the names and mailing addresses for owners of property within 300 feet from the outer boundary of the property, for notification. Include a list delineating the parcel/tax serial number(s) for each property owner,

Applicants must do their own research of names and parcel/ta x serial numbers , Neither South Weber City, nor Davis County Recorder's Office provides this service. Applicants may obtain the names and tax serial numbers from current property plat(s) on file at South Weber City or Davis County Recorder's Office. Mailing addresses can be obtained from the telephone book . Any addresses not found in this manner may be obtained by providing the names and tax serial numbers to the Davis County Computer Dept., Davis County Courthouse, Farmington, Utah, whereby, for a fee, they will print labels showing the names and addresses. Please be prepared to allow two to three days for this service.
