will be submitted for all but the Center segment where design is starting in first quarter of 2017.
• Early roadway, drainage and ITS packages will be Released for Construction in September of 2016
Construction • Early roadway construction will begin in the Pecos
Segment • Work at I-10 and 59th Avenue will start later this
year
