Wow another month has blown by
already. It seems that it was just
yesterday at the last meeting. Speaking
of the last meeting it was really great
with the turnout of projects based on
Scotts demo of his candleholder. Im
hoping that we have just as good a
turnout for Toms goblet project. I know
that I had better get on the stick and get
mine turned. Since I have spent the
better part of the month cleaning my
shop (what a mess if you dont keep up)
that I have found tools that I forgot I had.
And guess what, I found that I do own a
table saw and I thought it was a bench to
stack things on. Anyway, enough of my
excuses.
You know that Show and Tell is not only
a place to show everyone what you have
been doing; it is also a great place to have
members to critique your projects if you
choose to.
Remember to bring your goblets and
hopefully we will see you all on the 18th.
Tony
Next months workshop will be March
17th, 2012.
The monthly challenge for February is an
end grain goblet. Be sure to bring yours.
