Noonline booking fees will apply from 26 Septemberwhen our new ticketing system is launched.

ReservationsReservations will be held for 3 days or half an hourbefore the start of a performance or screening,whichever is earlier. In some cases, eg when anevent is almost sold out, reservations may notbe available and full payment will be requestedto secure the booking.

TicketsTickets can either be held at the box office or sentto you by post. If you require the latter, a smallcharge of £1 will be made for this service andshould be included with your payment. Alternatively,you can enclose a stamped addressed envelope.

ConcessionsWhere offered, unless specified concessions aregenerally available for the following people: over60s, children 16 years and under, full time studentsand those in receipt of unemployment and long-term sickness benefits (and if incapacity benefit,their carers when accompanying). Concessionsalso apply to young people under 26 and groupswhere shown. Please ask for eligibility details atthe box office. Proof of eligibility may be required.

ChildrenChildren are very welcome at the South HollandCentre. Films, shows and workshops for childrenare a regular part of our programme. The Café Baroffers high chairs and a special children’s menu.Baby changing facilities are also available. Pleasenote that children aged 10 years and under mustbe accompanied by a person aged 16 or abovein the auditorium. Under 2s free of charge whensharing an adult seat.

RefundsA full refund will be given on tickets returned at least28 days before the event. If you return your ticketswithin 28 days of the event, refunds will only bepossible when the tickets can be resold.

AccessThere is ramped access to the entrance doors andpassenger lift access to all floors. Wheelchair spacesare available on both auditorium floors. Please informthe Box Office at the time of booking. Please notethat wheelchair seats are not bookable online. Pleaseselect the ‘Accessible Seating Request’ link from theonline booking page or call the Box Office to discussyour requirements. For Induction Loop, please switchhearing aids to the ‘T’ position (Please note: thisfacility is not available for live music events, includingMusical Theatre events with a live band). A numberof booster seats are available. There are twodisabled toilets at the South Holland Centre: one ison the first floor Café Bar level; the second is on thebasement level, and is a larger facility with a riseand fall bed with shower, and a ceiling hoist suitablefor personal hoist attachments. Both disabled toiletsare accessed from the Centre's passenger lift in theentrance foyer.

ParkingParking during the daytime and evening - easyaccess from Broad Street Car Park (Herring Lane),pay and display. In the evening - free parking from6pm in the Market Place and Vine Street Car Park.Additional parking is available as indicated on themap (P) just a short walk from the Centre. Nearestdisabled parking is on Broad Street.

Gift VouchersThe Centre sells gift vouchers which can be usedat the majority of live events and at any cinemashowing. They are valid for one year from the date ofpurchase and can be used as part or full paymentfor an event. Please contact the box office for details.

Family TicketsWhere offered, a family ticket rate can be applied‘per person’ to a group booking of four or morepeople. The group must contain at least one adult(maximum two adults), withthe remaining parties beingunder 16 years of age.
