Investment Promotion Group
(SITIPG) will be an International Organization for promoting Trade
& Investment between India
and South Georgia and the South Sandwich
Islands.
SITIPG, unlike other Trade
Bodies, Associations, Group or Chamber, will have exclusive focus on South
Georgia and the South Sandwich
Islands-India Cross Border
Partnership at the Grass Root
Levels.
SITIPG will have mandate to
promote mutually beneficial
Trade, Commerce, Investment, In
dustrial Collaboration, Ec
onomic Cooperation, Business to Business
& People to People
Partnerships at The Local Level.
SITIPG will render all basic services to
the estimated 40,000 members
without any charges, apart from the Token Initial Entrance
Fees. While initially major
funding for SITIPG will come from
Patrons & Sponsors in long term SITIPG will sustain itself by earning Success
Fees.
SITIPG will include wide
range of Stake Holders
including Federal & State
Governments of India & South Georgia and
the South Sandwich
Islands, Businesses &
Entrepreneurs, Experts & Common Interest Groups.

Grant Official Partner Status executed by Memorandum of Understanding with mandate to represent South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islandsfor Trade and Investment facilitation.
Nominate at least one dedicated official from embassy for efficient coordination and single window information sharing. Provide access to trade, policy, law, business and investment facilitation information.
Preferential participation in Trade Facilitation programs and activities undertaken by South Georgia and the South Sandwich IslandsinIndia and inclusion of one of India Advisors’ representative (Incumbent CEO of organization) as Trade Advisor to HE Ambassador of South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islandsto India.
Provision to recommend business visit visa applications to expedite process (expenses towards verification and due diligence to be charged to applicant). Allow participation in trade delegations as official representative.
India Advisors will execute all the activities at no cost basis however will seek support in promotion of South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islandsat local/national level by providing content and sponsorships (partial/sharing/full basis as per mutually agreeable terms) for
• Quarterly Magazine about South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands• Annual Seminar • Bilateral Trade Delegations• Advertisement and Marketing • Other Suitable EventsIndia Advisors will also request reimbursement of actual travel/stay/visa cost from Embassy of South Georgia and the South Sandwich
Islandsfor travel undertaken on request of Embassy/Government of South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islandsor pre-approved by Embassy of South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands.
