teens and you found this online article from the French magazine “Femme Actuelle”. After you read the article you will discuss your own daily routine

Les adolescents prêtent beaucoup plus attention à leur apparence physique qu’à ce qu’ils ont
dans leur assiette. Ainsi 90% des jeunes adorent faire attention à leur style vestimentaire
contre 44% qui se soucient de leur alimentation.
À voir de très près, beaucoup de jeunes français ne font pas attention à leur santé personnelle.
Il faut les voir fréquenter régulièrement les fast foods.Ils ne boivent pas suffisamment de l’eau.
Ils préfèrent plutôt le soda. Ils sont aussi amoureux des bonbons.Ils ne se soucient pas de leurs
poids. Leur hygiène alimentaire laisse beaucoup à desirer.
Une enquête révèle que les jeunes dorment 7h30 par nuit en moyenne, passent 1h20 à table
par jour, et pratiquent 1 h d’activité physique quotidienne. Ils passent en Moyenne 3 h par jour
devant l’Internet ou les jeux vidéo.
Les filles sont plus des ados de téléphone qe des garçons: 1h10 contre 48 mn pour les garçons.
