• This Permit Is Valid Only For The Above Location, Date(s) And Time(s).• When sound truck is in motion, sound level may not be audible beyond 450 feet of permi�ed area as specified by Article 15.1 section 1060.16 of the SF Police Code.• When sound truck is not in motion, sound level may not be audible beyond 250 feet of permi�ed area as specified by Article 15.1 section 1060.16 of the SF Police Code.• Permi�ee shall reduce sound level to a volume that complies with the noise control ordinance (Article 1 Section 49 of the SF Police Code).• This permit is void immediately if used in conjunction with any illegal activity, or unlawful assembly. I understand and accept the stipulations and conditions of this

permit. Any violation(s) of these stipulations and conditions will cause this permit to be revoked.
