INSTALLAZIONE E MANUTENZIONE DEL VINILICO

1. LINEE GUIDA GENERALIQuesto documento presenta le istruzioni generali di installazione, sulla base delle ultime informazioni disponibili. Per ottenere i migliori risultati, e la validità della garanzia, queste istruzioni devono essere seguite attentamente.

2. PRIMA DELL’INSTALLAZIONEDurante l’installazione verificare che ogni doga sia in perfetto stato. Le doghe difettose non devono essere installate. Il pavimento Beki Floor deve essere lasciato, ancora imballato, in posizione orizzontale, con il decoro verso l’alto, per 48 ore prima dell’installazione all’interno del sito di posa. Le condizioni climatiche ideali interne sono 18-25°C, condizioni ideali anche per la posa. Il pavimento Beki Floor è concepito per essere installato galleggiante (flottante), il che significa che dovrebbe essergli consentito di muoversi in qualsiasi direzione avendo spazio sufficiente su tutto il perimetro con la necessaria distanza da tutte le pareti o altri oggetti fissi cioè non essere avvitato, incollato o inchiodato al sottofondo. È importante lasciare uno spazio perimetrale di 5 mm attorno al perimetro totale del pavi-mento e intorno colonne, tubi, soglie, ecc… La superficie massima di posa raccomandata, senza utilizzo di giunti di dilatazione, è di 15 ml x 15 ml. Un giunto di dilatazione (profilo T) deve essere utilizzato in corrispondenza di porte, e / o se la zona di installazione è maggiore di 15 ml x 15 ml. Si consiglia di mescolare e montare elementi del pavimento prelevandoli da diverse scatole per ridurre al minimo le variazioni di tonalità. Questo accorgimento garantisce una maggiore naturalezza del pavimento.

Il pavimento Beki Floor non va mai installato in luoghi aperti, verande, solarium e saune.

Nell’eventualità di posa del materiale in prossimità di vetrate filo pavimento o con irradiazione diretta di luce solare è consigliabile apporre dei filtri (quali tendaggi e/o pellicole UV) direttamente sui vetri per limitare la fessurazione/dilatazione del materiale posato. In alternativa raccomandiamo di incollare Beki Floor al supporto con una colla acrilica ad alta resistenza su tutta la superficie. Si raccomanda inoltre di non installare Beki Floor in ambienti senza il controllo della temperatura. Utilizzare sempre gli accessori Beki Floor per un risultato perfetto.

3. PREPARAZIONE DEL SOTTOFONDORugosità o irregolarità del sottofondo possono trasferire in superficie difetti visibili sul nuovo pavimento. È necessario pulire l’area di lavoro e sgombrare il campo da eventuali detriti che potrebbero danneggiare il prodotto. Il sottofondo deve essere pulito, asciutto, resistente, compatto e planare. Il massimo della tolleranza di planarità ammessa è di: 4 mm ogni 2 m. Se tale indice è superato, il sottofondo deve essere livellato con un riempitivo adatto o livellante. Se il sottofondo è ruvido o irregolare, le asperità potrebbero essere visibili a pavimento finito. Questo può rendere la superficie sgradevole e causare usura eccessiva sui punti alti e/o dentellatura su punti bassi. Un sottofondo di piastrelle ceramiche con fughe> 4 mm di larghezza e / o> 2 mm in profondità, dovrebbe essere lisciata mediante l’applicazione di un prodotto di livellamento sulle fughe. Beki Floor può essere installato sopra calcestruzzo, piastrelle, legno, e altre superfici purché stabili, lisce e planari. Rivestimenti tessili per pavimentazioni e moquette devono essere rimossi. Pavimenti vinilici preesistenti non sono adatti come sottofondi. In presenza di umidità ambientale elevata(> = 85% con temperatura ambientale relativa inferiore a 20°(con umidità del massetto > 2%), si consiglia l’impiego di un foglio di polietilene (spessore 0,2 mm giuntato con una sovrapposizione di 20 cm e nastrato). Questo accorgimento va rispettato al fine di evitare la formazione di muffe e/o funghi tra il pavimento ed il massetto.Si raccomanda l’utilizzo di un materassino idoneo per la posa di pavimenti vinilici flottanti, in quanto: riduce l’impatto sonoro da calpestio aumenta il confort del camminare

4. INSTALLAZIONEStrumenti necessari: taglierino con lama trapezoidale, matita, una squadra a L, metro e distanziali (cunei). Verificare che l’elemento del pavimento sia privo di difetti visibili prima di installarlo. Misurare accuratamente la stanza per definire una simmetria di posa equilibrata. In questo modo si sarà in grado di determinare se la prima riga deve essere tagliata.

5. IMPORTANTEBeki Floor può essere installato su pavimenti con riscaldamento a pavimento, a condizione che la temperatura, rilevata a livello superficiale del pavimento posato, non sia superiore a 28°C. Si consiglia di conservare qualche doga per tutte le eventuali riparazioni. La posa deve essere effettuata preferibilmente a tolda di nave in direzione della luce solare.

6. MANUTENZIONEPrecauzioni da osservare: Per mantenere il vostro pavimento in buone condizioni è importante posizionare uno zerbino all’entrata per eliminare parti abrasive dalle suole delle scarpe (ghiaia, ciottoli,…). Dotare di feltri le gambe dei mobili ed altri oggetti pesanti. Utilizzare sedie da ufficio con rotelle in PVC. Pulizia del pavimento: Aspirare il pavimento e detergerlo con una soluzione di acqua e detergente neutro. Attenzione: il pavimento risulterà scivoloso se bagnato. Le Macchie devono essere rimosse il più presto possibile. Macchie difficili: candeggina diluita, acquaragia, alcool etilico o di succo di limone. Grasso, inchiostro: strofinare delicatamente con un panno imbevuto di acqua ragia. Sciacquare accuratamente. NON USARE SOLVENTI CLORURATI O ACETONE. NON UTILIZ-ZARE MAI CERA O VERNICI SUL PAVIMENTO. Sostituzione di una doga: È possibile riparare piccoli danni semplicemente utilizzando del mastice. Per danni più gravi è possibile sostituire la doga danneggiata. Utilizzare il taglierino per tagliare la doga danneggiata in vari pezzi e rimuoverli partendo dal centro facendo attenzione a non danneggiare i bordi circostanti. Prendere una doga della stessa dimensione e incastrarla nell’altra doga utilizzando un martello di gomma.

7. GARANZIAIl pavimento Beki Floor è garantito in condizioni di normale utilizzo ed è coperto da garanzia per eventuali difetti di fabbricazione. Questa garanzia copre l’usura anomala del prodotto, purché Beki Floor sia stato posato e mantenuto in conformità con le istruzioni fornite. La garanzia comprende la sostituzione delle doghe di Beki Floor stabilite difettose, con equivalenti o similari doghe Beki Floor dalla linea di prodotti esistenti al momento della richiesta. Danni causati da sabbia o ghiaia: si consiglia di utilizzare zerbini all’interno e al di fuori di tutte le porte esterne per evitare che sabbia o ghiaia vengano trasportate sul pavimento. INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF VINYLIC

1.GENERAL GUIDELINES This document presents the general installation instructions based on the latest available information. For best results and the validity of the guarantee, these in-structions must be followed carefully.

2. BEFORE INSTALLATION During installation, make sure that every plank is in perfect condition. Defective planks must not be installed. Before installation Beki Floor must be left for 48 hours in the instalation site packed in a horizontal position with the decoration facing upwards. The ideal indoor climate conditions are 18-25 ° C, which are also ideal condi-tions for laying. Beki Floor is designed to be installed floating, which means that should be allowed to move in any direction leaving sufficient space around with the necessary distance from walls or others fixed objects, thus not to be screwed, glued or nailed to the subfloor.It is important to leave a space of 5 mm around the total perimeter of the floor and around columns, pipes, thresholds, etc... The maximum recommended laying surface, without the use of expansion joints, is 15 ml x 15 ml. An expansion joint (T profile) must be used at doors, and/or if the installation area is greater than 15ml x 15ml.To minimise colour variations its recommended to mix and install floor elements from different boxes. This ensures a higher level of the floor naturalness. Beki Floor should never be installed in open spaces, verandas, solariums and saunas. If the material is to be installed near floor-level glazing or with direct sunlight, it is advisable to use filters (such as curtains, etc… and/or UV films) directly on the glass to limit the cracking/dilatation of the laid material. Alternatively, we recommend gluing Beki Floor to the substrate. with high-strength acrylic glue all over the surface. It is also recommended not to install Beki Floor in rooms without temperature control. For a perfect result, always use Beki Floor accessories.

3.SUBSTRATE PREPARATION Roughness or irregularity of the substrate can transfer visible defects to the surface of the new floor. It’s essential that work area is cleaned and the field cleared from any debris that could damage the product. The substrate must be clean, dry, resistant, compact and flat. The maximum permitted flatness tolerance is: 4 mm every 2 m. If this index is exceeded, the substrate must be levelled with a suitable filler or leveler. If the substrate is rough or irregular the signs can be visible on the finished flo-or. This can make the surface unpleasant and it can cause excessive wear on high points and / or indentation on low points. A substrate of ceramic tiles with joints > 4 mm wide and / or > 2 mm deep, should be smoothed by applying a levelling product on the joints. Beki Floor can be installed over concrete, tiles, wood, and other surfaces as long as they are stable, smooth, and planar. Textile floor coverings and carpets must be removed. Pre-existing vinyl floors are not suitable as substrates. In the presence of high ambient humidity(> = 85% with relative ambient temperature below 20°(with screed humidity > 2%), it is recommended to use a polyethylene sheet(thickness 0.2 mm, joined with an overlap of 20 cm and taped). This must be done in order to avoid the formation of mould and/or fungi between the floor and the screed. Also, it is recommended to use a mattress suitable for the installation of floating vinyl floors, because: it reduces the impact of sound effects footsteps and increases comfort of walking.

4. INSTALLATIONRequired tools : trapezoidal cutter, pen, square L, letter L, meter and spans (wedges). Make sure that the floor element is not visible before installation. Take the measures of the room carefully so you can define the symmetry of the balanced position. On this way you will be able to determine whether the first line should be reduced.

5. IMPORTANTBeki Floor can be installed on floors with underfloor heating, provided that the temperature measured at the surface level of the floor laid, is not higher than 28 ° C. It is advisable to keep some planks for all possible repairs. The floor should be layed preferably in “deck bridge way” in the direction of sunlight.

6. MAINTENANCEPrecautions: To keep your floor in good condition it is important to place a doormat at the entrance to remove abrasive parts from the soles of the shoes (gravel, pebbles, ...). Felt the legs of furniture and other heavy objects. Do not place rubber mats or tyres (in the case of workshops), it can cause a reaction of yellowing of the surface that is in contact with the rubber(migration of polymers). Use office chairs with PVC wheels. Floor cleaning: Aspirate the floor and clean it with a solution of water and neutral detergent. Caution: If its wet, the floor will be slippery. Stains should be removed as soon as possible. Difficult stains: diluted bleach, turpentine, ethyl alcohol or lemon juice.Grease, ink: rub gently with a cloth soaked in white spirit. Rinse thoroughly.DO NOT USE CHLORINATED SOLVENTS OR ACETONE NEVER USE WAX OR PAINT ON THE FLOOR

Replacing a plank: Minor damages can be repaired simply by using a putty. For more serious damage, you can replace the damaged plank. Use the cutter to cut the damaged board into several pieces and remove them from the centre taking care not to damage the surrounding edges. Take one plank of the same size and fit it into the other one using a rubber hammer.

7. WARRANTYThe Beki Floor is guaranteed under normal use and is covered by warranty for any manufacturing defects. This warranty covers abnormal wear and tear of the pro-duct, provided that the Beki Floor has been laid and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided. The warranty includes the replacement of established defective Beki Floor planks, with equivalent or similar Beki Floor planks from the existing product line at the moment of request. This warranty does not imply a financial refund under any circumstances or costs of removal or installation.The warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear. Any mechanical damage or other damage caused by use not in accordance with the supplied installation instructions. The occurrence of accidents, misuse or abuse of the product in inproper use. Damage caused by the use of incorrect cleaning methods or unsuitable cleaning agents. Damage from heavy chairs or furniture: It is recommended to use felts under chairs and furniture to reduce the possibility of scratches and markings of the surfaces. Damage caused by sand or gravel: We recommend using doormats inside and outside all exterior doors to prevent sand or gravel from being tran-sported on the floor. Damage due to scratches.
