Abstract:

This year we would like to announce: SOTAX Dissolution Day in Poznan, Poland. This event is focused on advantages of automation for dissolution testing, qualification of dissolution testing equipment and applications of the flow through cell apparatus. Special presentations by SPS Pharma Services, SOTAX and people from the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology of Poznan University of Medical Sciences will give an overview of pharmaceutical dissolution testing, automation and validation of automated dissolution methods (with case studies) and of applications of the USP 4 apparatus for dissolution testing (with case studies) as well as mechanical calibration & performance verification testing of dissolution baths. There is also a hands-on session with USP 1, 2 & 4 Apparatus presentations. It’s a “can’t miss” event!

By car: From the west, take the A2 Berlin to Poznan highway, follow signs for Centrum via Glogowska St then turn left onto Grunwaldzka St. From the East, take the Warsaw to Poznan highway, follow signs for Centrum via Krzywoustego St and Krolowej Jadwigi St., turn right onto Glogowska St, and then turn left onto Grunwaldzka St.

By bus: 1200 m from the bus station. Take tram No. 6 for two stops and 5 minutes walk.

By train: 800 m from Poznan Glowny railway station, 15 minutes walk or take tram No. 6, 8, 14, 16 or 18, from stop Glogowska Street, one stop and 5 minutes walk.

By plane: 5 km from Lawica Airport. Take bus No. 78 to the Baltyk stop and 5 minutes walk.
