Appropriate Training is an integral part of Human Resource

Vision Technical Training Institute was established in March 1996.

This modern state of the art training facility is situated alongside

SOS Headquarters in Kathmandu. The 25000 sq. feet facility has

specialized training divisions for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and

Metal Works trade.

In addition, a separate floor size of 400 sq. feet is dedicated to

logistics and facility management training that includes

Vision Technical Training Institute are Gulf veterans with

extensive experience and familiarity with the modern

construction, engineering and fabrication systems with

multinationals like Saudi Aramco. Vision Technical Training

Institute plays a crucial role in SOS's commitment to undertake

appropriate labor supply on Turnkey basis or stand alone ad-hoc

basis. The institute also runs regular courses on contractual

basis in line with the Government of Nepal's Center for

Orientation being one of the vital institutes of any Recruiting agencies prior to the workers deployment overseas. SOS gives special classes for the candidates prior to their departure abroad for employment purpose. SOS has its own orientation centre named Vision Orientation Center, well equipped with modern facilities such as hi-tech Audio Visual and office automation system to facilitate a meaningful orientation. Provisional Departure Information

As soon as workers are confirmed for the deployment we send the provisional departure information to the company with the tentative flight schedule and estimated numbers of workers for the prior preparation for the accommodation and transportation

Final Departure Information

Once the candidates board the flight we send the FINAL DEPARTURE INFORMATION to the company to arrange for the airport pickup to accommodation.
